An absolutely fabulous place to stay! Beautiful location and outstanding views over the ocean. But the most fantastic part about the house other than a beautiful home to stay in, was how generous and kind our hosts were in taking care of us on this trip. Elsa waited up for us to check us even though our plane arrived extremely late and our drive in was long.Very kind and friendly and helpful! Will definitely go back!

Very cozy home, with nice view from the balcony (the flowers were in bloom, that added to the experience). The outside of the building did not correspond with the cozy inside. 5 minute walk from the lovely beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket.

A home right on a picturesque beach, equipped with everything we needed. The morning and evening walks with our dogs were spectacular - sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Communication with hosts was very good. When there was a minor glitch in the kitchen, the hosts sent a plumber the next day. They were very helpful. Hope to come back someday. Algarva beaches are addictive 🫠

We enjoyed our time here with a very modern and well equipped, comfortable apartment in a great area of the old town close to beach, restaurants and bars. Our host was very responsive to our queries. We would definitely consider a return visit. Thank you Thiago.

The apartment was perfect. It was very clean and exactly as the photos showed. Gard was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Rosi was also available for us and ensured our stay was very comfortable. Overall great place, beautiful views, so many restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely peaceful neighborhood that was only a few minutes drive from the beach, town centre and Boavista golf club. Two super local restauarants that were popular with locals (and us now as we tried them) were literally around the corner

The house was very nice, with a beautiful view from the hill to the ocean. We appreciated that there were toys for our 1.5 year old as well as plastic plates and glasses. It is a very calm place but still reasonably close to the beach and stores/restaurants. Better have a car as the road does not have side walk. You should not be scared of (friendly) dogs as they run around on the property.

Gorgeous beach just a little walk away. Town is very nice w beach bars etc. house has awesome views. Views when in pool are not good due to wall. Suggest to maybe put up acrylic wall? Host was super responsive. We loved our stay at this very large house!

We sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay! We adults and children all felt more than comfortable and will definitely come back. Communication with the hosts was quick, friendly and to the point. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, the location central but still quiet. The apartment is cozy, practical and well equipped. On request, we were even given a special request for the equipment. Loved this place - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean and nicely decorated and had lots of space. We felt safe staying there and it was in a quiet area. The nearby beach was within walking distance and offered a spectacular view at the restaurants overlooking it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay at the quieter end of town - but it was a short 5 minute drive to some of the local attractions. The host had GREAT recommendations for local things to see and places to eat and was very friendly and responsive. Thanks Kasia for the great experience on our first trip to Portugal!

Had a great week long break, the Air BnB was perfect and the pool is much bigger in person then in the photos.

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s villa. Manfred responded quickly to all queries and was very helpful. The villa was perfect for the 8 of us who stayed x 2 families. The pool was a great size and the walk to the beach was 10 mins. The villa had everything we needed and was clean and tidy . A great getaway for young families. Thank you Tracy and Manfred.

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

The accommodation is one in a quiet area, a little set back from the historic center. But a 15-minute walk will allow you to get there. The pool is very nice… and the accommodation is coquettish. Manuel and Gloria are very attentive...all discreetly!

The location is a dream for those seeking peace and quiet. Sunrise around 7:30 was a perfect start to the day and then the sun warmed up during breakfast. In the evening, we used the oven every day, so it was cozy and warm (wood available - thanks for that!). For the bathroom in the morning there was a small electric radiator, because the night temperatures fluctuated from 6 degrees to 12 degrees - so it was quite fresh in the morning. We enjoyed the time here very much, also always chatted a little with Andy and Astrid, who take care of the grounds/house very lovingly.

Ana's brother Joao was helpful and easy to communicate with. The king size bed is very comfortable. The unit is well equipped. The patio doors are tinted making the main room a little dark but when the sun is out it is fine. Great location, beautiful beach right out front. Easy to walk to many locations. We highly recommend this property.

An absolutely brilliant stay at Lisa's apartment which is very large with a beautiful view and everything in the accommodation was top class. It's within easy access to 2 beaches and has fantastic views on a relatively quiet complex. Lisa couldn't do enough from start to finish an excellent host and I would recommend Lisa and her property to anyone.

It was what we expected, since being in the center of the Algarve, we were able to move in both directions and visit almost everything.

Marina's place in Albufeira was amazing - just as listed! In a quiet, walkable neighborhood directly above the city restaurants. Easy access to everything in town and yet so quiet! This place was perfect for our family of 4 and my two daughters enjoyed having their own bed but staying in the same room together. Marina's communication was great - great instructions in accessing the place, and guidance around the unit. Not being too familiar with induction stovetops, I contacted Marina for some help and she was immediately responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed and the addition of a Washer AND Dryer was much needed for those beach days - of which we had several! Upper floors are nice and had amazing views of the surrounding area, I can understand why Albufeira is so popular. Our family made use of the provided beach toys as well as beach umbrella and beach towels, all very nice. Make sure to try the Tres Coroas restaurant just steps away!

This is a beautiful apartment in a really nice area, which is very accessible to the beach and a nice walk on the boardwalk to the old town area. The view is stunning and it was lovely to wake up to in the morning ! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed with a family of four, two younger children included. My only complaint was a communication timeline on the day of our checkout where I had requested for our luggage to be held so we can enjoy the beach before our 1:30 PM train. I received a response four hours and 40 minutes later from my 9 AM message to the host Check out time was 10 AM and we had quite a few tasks to complete before. I don’t like having to take out trash while also paying a cleaning fee. We were instructed to take the trash out to a garbage bin, but we had no idea where that was, and there was no instructions left for us as to where that was. Providing paper towels would’ve helped us clean up some spilled wine, we use a white towel.

We were 3 couples and the house as well as the location were perfect for us. We loved walking along the promenade at the Praia da Luz and swimming at the guarded beach. We always had a view of the sea - either from a restaurant on the promenade or from the house. Also many thanks to both the host Susan and to Libby from the house keeping company who made our stay simply wonderful.
