Apartment vacation rentals in Belo Horizonte

We stayed two months in the apartment and there was everything we needed. The apartment is exactly like in the photos. The location is great, next to the Novo and Central Market, very practical for us to stroll around the city!

I had a fantastic stay! Rodrigo was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions that made everything seamless. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. I’ve already recommended it to friends and am looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend.

The hotel is great and the region too. The room is very spacious, comfortable, clean, but the furniture and bathroom deserved some repairs, as then well-worn by time and feel old. The hotel floor carpets are very dirty and stained, but the staff are very nice and cordeal. I used parking side by side, paying overnight with an honest value. I will definitely return!

Excellent location, very quiet and residential, but close to Savassi and region. Host is also very polite and responsive, sharing the check-in details ahead of the reservation. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very well located, I was able to go everywhere very easily. Super clean apartment, impeccable bedding. For those who are light sleepers may bother because it is a busy street, but for those like me, it does not make any difference. Super gentle and polite porter. The local district very much, it's worth it.

The stay was great, Marcelo provided the access instructions with a lot of clarity and a wealth of detail. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, all very clean and organized, exactly as in the listing. Large bathroom and great shower. The location is great too and the nearby airport doesn't bother with noise. All perfect.

We had a great stay! The apartment is well equipped, everything was clean and the location is great, close to everything. The reception was very solicited and pleasant, the host always responds quickly. We went in the family and the sofa served our child well. Voltaria more often, for sure.

The apartment is very well located, organized, airy, well equipped and pet friendly. As we went with children, one aspect that caught my attention were the locks on the doors that give to the balconies, although they are very high even for an adult. Since it has no protective canvas was an excellent solution for those with a small child. The staff working in the building is very friendly and helpful, we were well received. For good location it is easy to go anywhere in the city, as long as it is not during heavy traffic hours. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

The apartment is in a great neighborhood, close to all possible services: restaurant, laundry, market, boteco, gyms. The apartment has everything you need to cook and everything working properly. I recommend the apartment to people who want to stay comfortably for more than two weeks. I would stay again.

I practically feel at home!! The state of the property is impeccable, cleanliness, organization and coziness. The owner was very considerate and polite. The parking space is perfect, especially for me who own a truck. Security note 10. Very safe and organized building. I recommend the accommodation to anyone, I will try to give preference to this property myself on the next trip to BH.

Very nice apartment located in the center of Savassi, situated in a new building on the seventh floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bed is firm and very comfortable. The apartment also features a comfortable computer chair, which makes it easy to use the dining table as a work desk. Ricardo, the host, was extremely responsive and answered all my questions without hesitation. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the area. The only minor issue was the induction stovetop, which can be a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The recommendation with the host was always quick and very polite. He was available to answer questions and help whenever requested. The place is identical to the listing and everything was clean. The condominium is very organized, the parking space has plenty of space and in its surroundings there are cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. Everything can be done without the need to use the vehicle. We hope to host again in the space.

We were made to feel very welcome by d. Lúcia,( responsible for checking in), a love of person. the apartment is perfect and matches the photos. It was a great stay, wonderful in all senses: location, cleaning, equipment and utensils and the accommodation. Feeling at home. We'll be back with great pleasure soon

Leonardo's apartment was great for us! The first plus point is the location. If you want to do things on foot in Savassi, there is no better location. Then we have to praise the building. Super easy to access, super new and super well-maintained. Our arrival and check-in was super simple, which is wonderful for those who are arriving from a long journey. To finish, the apartment. Besides very beautiful, very comfortable. Great sofa, equipped kitchen, large dining table, a super comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The smallest details have been thought through. Township Things like jacket on both sides of bed, light switches on both sides of the bed, large and spacious wardrobe, filtered water straight on the sink faucet and blackout on the windows. We would definitely like to return to this apartment when we return to BH.

We had a great stay! The space is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and well located. The host was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The only observation is the quality of the internet, which could be better. For those who need to work or depend on a more stable connection, it may be a point to consider. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend the venue!

This has honestly been the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It was a place where you actually felt at home. I only have good things to say about it. You felt safe, the neighbourhood was vibrant and close to all the best places. The apartment was pure luxury, it was clean and everything smelled wonderful, It had all necessary appliances. The concierge was great people. This is a gem. I know I will be staying here again when I come back to Belo Horizonte.
