Absolutely stunning place! Looks better than the photos and is in a great location! We were out and about so much but loved coming back each evening. Just sorry we didn’t have longer to stay here! Tina is a brilliant host! Absolutely 5-star on all levels!

A brilliant stay. Tony was great with communicating ahead of my stay, was extremely friendly throughout, and lovely to chat to. Had full use of the garden, pool and decking (with a lovely view), and will definitely be back.

Absolutely breathtaking home, and the best host imaginable. We were so blessed to find this house and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our late arrival was met with with smiles and warmth and a good basket that saw us through our first couple of days. The perfect host is proactive and just present enough to know when we need her and Thokolize was exemplary in this regard. The location is stunning - right on the water the house looks even better than the pictures suggest. This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in - I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We stayed for a month in this beautiful home and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect,right on the lake, in a quiet, safe area. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and truly feels like a home. Our favorite part was the garden, with its lovely pool and breathtaking mountain views. During our stay, there were a few minor issues (such as the dishwasher, the gardener, and the pool), but none of these were things the owners could have foreseen or prevented. What really made the difference for us was how everything was handled—quickly, efficiently, and with great dedication. We especially want to highlight Veronica, the house concierge. Her service was exceptional. She solved every issue immediately, went above and beyond, and was always available to help and answer our questions. We have stayed in many Airbnbs all over the world, but we have never experienced this level of care and commitment. Thanks to her, our stay was seamless, and we felt completely supported. Thx!

The place was great for our family. Comfortable came with the basics and more to get us started after a late arrival and was a pretty simple and easy check in. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pedro and Taimi’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by their exceptional hospitality. The home itself was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Pedro and Taimi have truly gone above and beyond to create a space that is both comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the Century conference centre, the Canal Walk mall, Ratanga Park is literally outside the window, great restaurants, yet it remained a peaceful retreat where we could relax and unwind. Every detail, from the cozy decor to the little touches like guides, local recommendations, made our stay unforgettable. Pedro and Taimi were always quick to respond to any questions and provided fantastic recommendations that made our trip even more special. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We can’t recommend their place enough and hope to return soon!

Donna's apartment has become our getaway of choice. Fantastic host, very helpful, quick response, always leaving thoughtful touches, very tidy & clean home, all appliance work, beautiful view of the lake from private balcony, within 2-minute walk to variety of restaurants, very safe security-payrolled couples walkway around the lake, secure underground parking. Donna works hard to make your stay extra comfortable, so we are happy to take the initiative to clean up the apartment before we check-out. It's not expected, but we happily treat Donna's home like our own home. We highly recommend Donna's place, and we will be back.

Our stay at Mariska’s place was absolutely excellent! The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The view from the terrace was simply stunning – we couldn’t get enough of it! Mariska and her parents were outstanding hosts—very welcoming, communicative, and always helpful. They made sure we felt at home from the very beginning. And the wine was absolutely fantastic! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to come back. Highly recommended!

We (family of 4 including 2 small boys aged 4 and 2) had an awesome stay here. The place is absolutely beautiful and great for kids. Lots of space to run around, a nice pool and several farm animals (sheep, turkeys and donkeys). Our kids also got to feed the animals. Renier and Shané were lovely hosts and the communication very easy. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Stellenbosch!

We absolutely loved our stay at the San Gabriel Homestead. Such a hidden gem in Stellenbosch. The cottages are SO cute, and the entire place is super peaceful. Renier and Shané are really kind and attentive. We would love to come back some day!

Nico and his wife hosted us with pure flare, they were responsive with our requests and gave us complete privacy. they were like guardian angels. The place has a homey feel and you can tell alot of love has been put into the place, the location is also great, nice hiking trails in the vicinity and close to the beach and grocery stores. Very much enjoyed my stay in what is a quiet area within close walking distance to shops and train station. Unit was perfect and the hosts were great. Highly recommend.
