This house is absolutely fantastic. The house offers highly enjoyable spaces. The roofed grill is one of the jewels of this house: good tread, professionally roofed (it does not have any leaks), spacious, with bathroom right there, a table and 7 chairs to be well comfortable, an armchair for 3 people, a side table, two benches and a sink for washing dishes at the end of the asado. It rained us several days and we were still able to do asados with friends without any problem. The pool is also very enjoyable. Clean house, comfortable mattresses, soft sheets and towels, and even cable TV for rainy nights. Air Conditioners work spectacularly well. Very well equipped kitchen, nothing is missing and everything works perfect. Super hosts: they respond immediately, they handle several things remotely to give immediate, friendly solutions. Super recommended.

Wonderful place. Hard to find. Look for the WASABI sign in the yard. Bring your own beach gear and all food supplies. Nothing was provided like sugar, salt, oil. We had no water for almost 2 days due to a pipe break.

House in excellent condition, clean, surrounded by nature in a quiet area. Laura was always ready to help us and let us know details about the place. It can be enjoyed even on cloudy/cold days thanks to the heated pool. We are satisfied with the service and recommend it. Keep in mind that if you do not have your own means of transportation, the main amenities are a little far from the house.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Piriapolis, without a doubt Luis's accommodation is the one indicated, for convenience, both in the space and in the location. Luis and Ricardo (their father) some geniuses, I had a problem with the app and they waited for me until I was able to fix it to make the reservation. The place is identical to the pictures!!! The grillero is excellent, the rooms are super spacious and the living room is excellent. Undoubtedly on the next vacation we will come back to stay with Luis.

Manuel was always aware of the arrival and stay alerting us of events in the area, every time I sent him messages or calls he answered even in the late hours. The truth our stay was very good meet nice places and you are 15 minutes from the center of Piriapolis. We will return

I been 2 months in Uruguay and stayed in many different Airbnbs, Fede's place is definitely the best! Everything is logical, well placed, well managed. The kitchen is perfect with all the necessary tools to make your own food. Place is very clean and Fede is truly a superhost. Recommended!

Martin welcomed us very warmly, and Antonella had the good detail to leave us an ice cream with cold drinks and a delicious pastrafrola. From the first moment, we felt comfortable and welcome. The house was spacious and cozy, ideal for resting. Also, the beach, located a few blocks away, turned out to be a real gem.

My experience in the house was very good. It has a good location just three blocks from the boulevard. The house has nice rooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Some amenities are grillero, A/C, Washer, Dryer, WiFi, TV, among others. Please note that the electricity payment is separate. I appreciate the reception of Roxana and Carla at the house.

We spent beautiful days in a quiet and pleasant setting. Bruno responded almost immediately and always showed the best willingness to resolve issues that will arise. Very good experience.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Ideal for going with friends or in a group. Best of all, the garden, very spacious and with a very nice grill. Lucia and Cristina were always attentive and responsive. As the only detail, they left a single key, which for the logistics of a large group is complicated; and the reservation did not include any sheets or towels. But I would definitely come back and recommend it
