Great place to stay. I highly recommend it

We had a lovely stay in this warm, cozy old farmhouse. The jacuzzi was lovely and the atmosphere in the house is unique. Aljanneke is an incredibly hospitable, cozy and warm host who immediately made us feel welcome. The house has every comfort: the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped and everything is neatly clean and tidy. The house exudes tranquility, you feel right at home. There were a number of nice extras, such as homemade beers and homemade apple juice and jam. We actually wanted to stay in the house all weekend, but with Aljanneke's tips we also went to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the town of Zutphen. There is plenty to do, but the house itself offers enough comfort and tranquility that you don't even need to venture out. All in all, subject to repetition!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely spacious apartment. The pictures already give a very positive impression but in reality it was several times bigger and more beautiful still than we had anticipated. We liked the artistic touches in the living room, the stylish finishes in the kitchen and the large and comfortable sofas. The apartment was perfectly located for family visits and we hope to come back again for our next family visit.

I was allowed to stay here for a night with my sisters-in-law. Was wonderful to stay, extensive breakfast (taken into account gluten-free), good bed. Beautiful surroundings. Welcoming reception. Everything is spacious, everything thought of. Two small points of attention; shower downstairs is in bedroom, but door cannot be locked (no problem for us). And upstairs there is a shower door (and the door can't be locked either). Furthermore, everything is delicious and wonderfully chatted by the fireplace and nice chairs. Thank you!!

Lovely home and view. Quiet. Wonderful walking/cycling paths around lake. Would love to visit the community cafe further down the path.

A beautiful and tastefully decorated home in one of the most beautiful areas of the Netherlands. The location is very scenic and quiet but with many attractions close by. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we hope to come back!

Weekeind with friends. It is an ideal cottage for a group because you are a little more secluded and there is a lot in or at the cottage. Such as a hot tub, sauna, canopy, BBQ, and plenty of seating in the garden.

Very nice and friendly host. Price-quality for this cottage in the location is excellent. Very much enjoyed the Sauna and the cold water. The fireplace was also a romantic and nice addition to the cottage. Delicious breakfast that finished the overnight stay. Thank you very much for a great stay!

We greatly enjoyed this house! Has all the comforts and nice contact with the hosts. The tips, the quiet area and the fresh sandwiches on Sunday morning made it a wonderful weekend. Thanks Alby and Linda!

We stayed three nights with a baby. For us it was a nice midweek. For the baby Should we do some practical actions like making it a little dark in the room during the day. We also live very quietly ourselves but do not have a rooster nearby. We did have to get used to the fact that a rooster crows the whole time from 04:00. Furthermore, we were well received and everything was top!

A lovely quiet place right in the center of beautiful Zutphen. In addition to all the positive aspects mentioned, this Airbnb also gives a very homely warm feeling. The decor with personal items, the bottle of wine and the flowers on the table make you feel not only welcome but also quickly at home. We had a wonderful few days.

Even though we booked last minute, we were warmly welcomed. Excellent accommodation, everything is available. Quietly located but still within walking distance of supermarket and restaurants. Free parking is also pleasant. My daughter was able to play with the toys present. They responded quickly to questions. The only thing I missed was a comfortable sofa instead of chairs in the seating area, but that is of course personal!

We enjoyed it very much. We were able to relax well, felt comfortable in the premises and really enjoyed the time. Everything was clean, very nicely decorated and well equipped. We will be happy to come back!

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Anton and Ans. After a cup of coffee I was shown around the apartment. This one has all the comforts of seeing and nice and private. I stayed there wonderfully, slept great and the breakfast was a treat.

We had a lovely weekend in Deventer. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. Walking distance to town and 2 large supermarkets a stone's throw away. There's a good chance we'll come back here again!

We stayed for one weekend and had activities planned outdoor, in and out of the city. The location, was perfect suited for this as it's only a 15min walk from the center, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. (However, you don't need to walk far, the Spanish Restaurant just next door should always be a must visit! ) We were welcomed very friendly by Sebahat and her husband (in person), providing all the necessary explanations and handing over the key. I would recommend for sure, if you're looking for a no nonsense and good place to stay during your visit in Arnhem. The authentic building for sure has a nostalgic vibe and is an inspiring place to stay. One point of attentions would be the parking, you can park for free in the street(s) around the corner, but bear in mind that it can be very busy and it can take a wile to find a spot (but we always managed without much hassle).

Ideal location right in the center, yet quiet. Everything within walking distance, many nice restaurants and nice shops. Recommended!

Daphne's cottage is in a great location, very cozy and well maintained. We spent three days here and enjoyed the time very much. The bathrooms are new and very equipped. We would stay here again!

Stein was a great host who went over and above what would be expected of a host. The studio is very close to rail link that takes 5min to Arnhem and about 10min to Nijmegen. The apartment has is very clean and modern and has similar facilities to a hotel room - mini fridge etc, and local shops can provide breakfast - dining out in Arnhem has limitless options with every taste catered for. Great stay and an ideal base to explore this historic part of Holland.

We had a very nice few days over New Year's Eve at the property. The highlight was the fireworks that the neighbor ignited, which we could marvel at windows directly from the living room. It was very cozy, plenty of space, clean and Olaf is super friendly. The area is quiet, but a few minutes drive away there are really good restaurants.

Quiet and nice location with parking in the neighbourhood. Apartment was perfectly fine: clean, nicely decorated and with all the necessities. Boaz was a reactive and friendly host. I definitely recommend it!
