We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

Great place to stay. The host is very responsive and kind. Let us to check in early when the house is ready and available. Near with amanjaya mall, which have everything you need. The location is very peaceful. In morning, you can jog and brisk walk. Kids love the playroom and the pool. Recommend for you guys to stay here, if you have big family and kids. Looking forward to have our next stay here!

Very peaceful stay during my visit. Quiet residential area. All airconds are working perfectly find and cold. Aside from karaoke, swimming pool and pool table, Gintell Massage chair is available too! Its an old residential but well maintained. BBQ pit was out, but it’s ok, bought a small set to use from Lotus. All in all, happy with the stay!

we checked in at about 3pm , feel pleasure n comfortable but due to fear of traffic jam back KL, checked out at 10:30pm

The house is clean and tidy, perfect for a small family. Strategically located in Bertam and its surrounding areas, with easy access to amenities. Less than 50 meters away, there is a large, well-organized park. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are clean, and there is a washing machine available. Behind the house, there is a paddy field, during the padi season, the view must be more stunning. A great place to relax, especially after a long day of visiting during raya seasons.
