Annexe was located in a lovely area. Inside, it was well presented and had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. The host Mel was very proactive, giving useful info throughout.

Clean modern home, good size tv with soundbar and sub great for films. A nice walk to the train station for trips to London. Nice play areas near by for young children. Just a shame there is no really close convenience store on the new estate.

I stayed for two weeks at Claire’s place. It was super clean, accurate of its images and description. Additional clean bedding was available and plenty of towels. Complimentary small kitchen items to help with your stay. Washing up liquid, milk etc. the kitchen was well equipped and I cooked a lot. The outhouse was a great asset for washing and drying clothes and was very handy for my two week stay. The house was always toasty warm. I would not hesitate in recommending this air BnB.

Very well presented property, exactly as described and photographed. Home was well stocked with bed linen, towels and cleaning products, which was a definite plus. Great value for money- would definitely recommend.

We had a great time in this lovely house. The space is rich for 4 adults and 1 kid. The house is nice decorated and very well equipped. The location is convenient, 10 mins walking to train station, 20 mins walking to town center and 30 mins driving to Cambridge. Strongly recommend this one to those who plan to visit Cambridge or nearby.

There are two standout features of this Airbnb. The first is location. It’s on the first floor of a handsome period property in the centre of Bedford, a minute walk from the beautiful river embankment. And yet there is no traffic noise. The second is the array of extras that are detailed in the listing and mentioned by other reviewers. It is quite exceptional! The property was spotless, and it was cosy, which we were particularly grateful for as our stay coincided with a period of freezing cold. There was excellent communication from Wioletta and Craig. Highly recommended.

Emma was a very responsive host, the place was nice and clean. The table setup was a nice touch. Would recommend and it’s worth its value for a nice and cozy stay.

Ruth's accomodation is without doubt the best Airbnb rental I have ever stayed in. I have been fortunate to stay in many apartments across many countries so I don't describe it as the best for nothing. Air conditioning is a lovely addition and I can imagine is a blessing in the summer. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful place.

Great apartment 5 minutes from the city center, inside was clean, quiet and peaceful, perfect place to stay for the night.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Ray's place. The location was rather easy to locate by car, and the neighbourhood is extremely peaceful. Ray is very responsive and always ready to assist. The check-in process is very simple and flexible. There was also ample parking space on the road in front of the house. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Had a fantastic stay at graham's. It's certainly not in the centre of hustle and bustle but beautifully located in lovely surroundings and easily accessible to nearby towns. Great for walking my dog and a great gastro but within walking distance. would happily recommend for anyone to go to graham's. 👍

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

An absolutely beautiful and cosy place, perfect for a weekend away to escape city life. It truly felt like a cosy little bolt hole hidden away. A very private property with nothing overlooking. Beautiful garden space too, although we didn't use this due to the weather. Check in was smooth and easy with a key box. Everything in the flat looked exactly like the pictures and the kitchen was very well equipped with all we needed to decent meals. We even enjoyed the working fireplace which h added to the cosy feel. Everything in the flat was clean which was really appreciated and the bed comfortable. The flat was lovely and warm which was perfect as it was pretty cold when we stayed. I would not hesitate to book another of Danessa's properties. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely, quiet and clean flat. A great location with a short walk to the high street, for shops, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Bedford. Tony is very responsive and the flat is great for families. The parking space is tight for larger cars (eg XC 90), but it’s totally necessary as there is very limited parking locally. Would stay again, thanks Tony!

This was a very nice apartment with good amount of supplied cleaning products to keep it clean. No issues with any at all. Would definitely recommend.

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.
