The accommodation is in the heart of the city which is very pleasant while remaining very quiet. The cleanliness was spotless and the supply of linens and towels is a very nice plus. Yes, the hardwood floor creaks but this is the case for a lot of accommodation in old buildings.

Back for the third time with Bernadette and her husband, a craftsman. A very good stop, and close to the motorway exit of Til châtel (while the GPS made us take in Dijon, which we wanted to avoid at the end of the day!). Very comfortable sofa and very comfortable bed, nice after the trip. A few steps to climb to get to the accommodation, this is well indicated by Bernadette. We are always well received, and recommend this small apartment where the car can be parked in a private location at the foot of the accommodation.

Good clear and fast communication with Frédéric. We were passing home from Italy and didn't arrive until around 9 o 'clock in the evening but that was no problem. Clean, tidy and cozy apartment. Babay cot was already ready and even a children's play mat had been put down, very nice!

Listing as described, well-equipped, bright with a queen bed and beautiful bathroom. Very well located to go to the Zenith on foot (about 20min) or by tram (station 3min to go to the Zenith as well as in the city center). The garage parking space is a real plus. Great place. It's clean and functional. It's a nice cocoon for a romantic getaway. I also find it a very nice place to stay for work, rather than going to a hotel. Personally, I will keep this address as much for a night out for 2, or, to stay during a training in Dijon. It's easy to park and a short drive away you can easily find restaurants or various shops. The table prepared for 2 and the tray with cookies and the essentials for hot drinks, are most extremely pleasant. This is a rental well worth a visit.

Patrick's place is conveniently located in Beaune. It is spacious, very pleasant to live in and very well equipped. Patrick is a very organized host, good advice and very friendly. We were delighted with our stay at his place and will be happy to come back.

This place was just as beautiful as described. really convenient location for Beaune. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were spacious and easy to use. As English speakers we had trouble with the hot tub and the washer/dryer but were able to look up instructions online. Hosts were very helpful providing extra coffee and detergent so we didn't have to go to the store or risk buying the incorrect product. Thank you !
