Naxin was a great host and this place was amazing. From the minute I booked this place, Naxin was able to answer all my questions and showed great flexibility towards our needs. The place was immaculate. Although it was the middle of the winter we were still able to enjoy this river front home with spectacular views. I highly recommend Naxin as a host.

Beautifully designed, wonderfully maintained, walking distance to great museums, resteraunts, exhibits and architectural sites with access to other attractions further away via Metro very close by - all for an amazing price! I truly felt at home. The bed and linens were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. So much thought went into the amenities to make my stay convenient and stress free. Highly recommend. I will definitely stay again.

Our original hosts unexpectedly transferred us to a different location, and we had to find a new place quickly. Thankfully, Philip’s place was available—and it turned out to be even better than our original booking! His instructions were clear and easy to follow, making check-in seamless. The moment we stepped into the building, we noticed how fresh and clean everything smelled, and the apartment was no different. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything you could possibly need for cooking, hosting, and more. The best part: the unbelievably comfortable king bed! The location is also perfect—just a one-minute walk to the metro, with stores, restaurants, and everything you need close by. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back!
