Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. This place is a stunning turquoise-colored building, perfect for hosting a large group comfortably. Everything inside is brand new, fresh, and designed with real thoughtfulness—it’s a joy to stay here. The location is fantastic, right near the heart of Balat in Istanbul, surrounded by local sights, charming streets, and just steps from the Bosphorus. Some of the rooms even have views of the water, which is absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for a group trip.

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Beautiful, incredibly charming place with memorable interior design and furnishings. Balat is a great place to stay in Istanbul, especially if you want to be in a less touristy neighborhood but still close to the old city.

Nurten is a friendly and welcoming host, she gave us all instructions we needed. Staying at her apartments was a great experience. Everything you need and wonderful location. Highly recommend!

It already looked perfect, but in reality it was even more so, it definitely exceeded our expectations!The house is beautiful, large, very clean, with attention to the smallest details. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and even more, the bathroom is perfect, great shower, hot water without problems, bedroom equipped with every comfort, air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, washing machine, drying rack, towels, soaps. In the living room there is a large TV. The whole house is super bright, it is divided into two floors. The surrounding area is very quiet, a nice place, safe and pleasant, there is a shopping mall nearby with cafes, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket, everything you might need. There is a small comfortable outdoor space. It's easy to find transportation and taxis. The host is kind and helpful. You will want to live in this house, don't waste any more time, it will always be in our hearts. Thank you

Lovely atmospheric flat in a neighborhood with a lot to offer. We were there over a holiday so lots of tourist activity and street noise, but calmed down and was very quiet overnight. Very convenient for ferry, bus and tram to everywhere in the city. Erkan was very responsive via text and has good local food selections. Looking forward to our next visit to Istanbul!
