Linnia and Trent were exceptional hosts and we absolutely loved the little cottage they've fixed up for guests. Unfortunately, a very cold cold front came through the day we arrived so it limited our outdoor plans but their recommendations for dining were fantastic! We hope to go back when it's warmer and enjoy some of the amenities they offer which looked wonderful.

Wow, all I can say is wow. This house is like living inside of a museum. It is huge and filled with absolutely museum quality furnishings. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were in town for a funeral. We will look for this house again when we travel back to southern Louisiana. Pictures don't do it justice. Also, it is on a large piece of property next to Bayou Teche. The enormous old oak trees are just beautiful and majestic. The furniture is just exquisite. If you are looking for a place near Jeanerette, this is well worth the money. The host was so responsive and helpful.

Ben’s place is very comfortable. It’s like your own apartment home. The living room and bedroom are roomy, the kitchen with peninsula is a great work space, nice windows both front and back, the bed is soooo comfortable. Plenty of drawers to store your things for a longer stay. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. TV works great, nice big screen. No bugs of any kind. Private driveway and garage which is a bonus. We plan to stay again. The neighborhood has sidewalks which made for nice walks with the pup every morning.

We loved staying on the bayou! It was fun to look out at the water at the birds. The cottage was in a great location to tour sites such as Avery Island, Jefferson Island, Lafayette, and surrounding towns. The cottage was cozy and a great place to kick back and relax.

This was our 2nd year to stay at this property and it’s still the best property we’ve booked to date and we stay at Airbnb’s all across the US. Mr. George communicates clearly and rapidly with any questions and I’d assume with requests as well however we’ve not had to make any because this place has everything.

This was a great place for the wedding party. Bridesmaids were in one section, extended relatives were in another, and parents of the bride had their own place :) It was so nice to be able to easily go from one group to another! Everything was very clean and they had all the amenities we needed in all 3 spots including coffee and a high chair ;) Would be perfect for wedding or family reunions!

Emily was able to remedy the issues during the say and was always responsive. She even checked in and made sure that the issue was fully resolved. Would recommend for other guest to stay.

It was perfect for bridal party the night before and for getting hair makeup done morning of wedding day . Only drawback is it has very limited parking, with no use of garage or that entrance. To sleep up to 16, only 4 cars fit in driveway. We had to park some cars on the street as directed in the description.
