Vacation rentals with a firepit in Batemans Bay

Stefan’s house is a fantastic property and he is a fantastic host. Love the old beach vibes decor, close to the beach, the backyard is a perfect spot for relaxing with kids. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We had a really relaxing and enjoyable once per year extended family holiday at John’s place this year despite the bad weather during the 3 nights 4 days stay. The bad weather did not affect us at all as it’s been totally compensated by the beautiful stay! The two houses set up was perfect for our family as the back quiet 2bedrooms small house suits perfectly for our 80 yr old mother, for her to have restful quiet time away from her rowdy grandchildren. John’s place has a beautiful spacious outdoor area between the two houses where it’s perfect for whole year round weather conditions. The fire place would be so beautiful for outdoor Winter nights. We had a great time fishing a few times nearby and enjoyed so much at the neighborhood lawn bowling and a beautiful walk to the beautiful lookout! We really appreciate John and Leigh’s prompt responses with our queries and their graciousness for enabling our big extended family and our dogs to have a great memorable holiday together

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simon’s place. It was perfect for us in so many ways. 1. Perfect location - could send the kids down to get coffee from the general store, walk to the beautiful beaches, close to fantastic bush walks. 2. Perfect backyard - secure for our dog, large and flat, making it the perfect finska/footy/cricket/stargazing pitch 3. Perfect layout for a family with an age split like mine. Me and the littles (10 and 11) enjoyed a regular human bedtime and early rise in the house, while the teenagers (15 and 16) did whatever teenagers do until who knows when and then slept until midday in the shed. Perfection! 4. Excellent outdoor living spaces. We spent most of our time outside which is any dad’s dream for his kids in these techy times. Do yourself a favour and book in to stay with Simon. You won’t regret it.

I stayed here for a girls weekend and we absolutely loved it! It’s the perfect space for 4 people and we loved how clean the house was. It is so close to many amazing places like culburra beach and the bowling club, as well as a coffee shop right down the road. 10/10!

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed at! My kids absolutely loved the pool and the games available. Our dog had a blast running down the hill. The house itself is very beautiful and cozy, with a lot of attention to detail. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a good experience. The location is superb, just a 5-minute drive from the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the price-quality ratio is excellent, offering great value for the money.

Wonderful stay in Tomakin at Kristine’s studio. Was clean, private and had everything we needed. The home baked bread and scones were delightful and were just a few of the many welcoming touches at this airbnb. A strong sense of hospitality and generosity. Would recommend highly.

The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with a beautiful beach within walking distance. Kim was friendly and made check-in easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We chose Alison's place as a stopover on our way from Sydney to Melbourne and didn't have time to enjoy the courtyard and living room, which locates on the 2nd floor. Alison provided three spacious, quiet bedrooms and all the facilities. And I saw a kangaroo from the window at night! The only shortcoming is that it has only one bathroom. Fortunately it has two toilets. Alison was very nice to us and prepared instructions before we arrived. I would definitely recommend other friends to stay here.

We had an amazing time at Jeannine's place. The accommodation was super clean and comfortable, lovely sitting in the garden and making use of the BBQ in the evening. Jeannine was really helpful with recommendations in the area and things to to, we had the best time at some of the beaches they recommended. Perfect in every way, thank you!

Bronwyn was so helpful and such a lovely host. The apartment was beachfront - the perfect spot. We found so much to do in the area mountain biking, hikes, private secret beaches. We loved it. Just beautiful. 5 Star ❤️

10/10 beautiful location and accommodation, also amazing sunsets. Graeme set up the fire pit for us in the evenings and was one of the most hospitable hosts ever, made us feel really welcome and at home. Would 100% recommend staying here. We will be back!

We stayed at Lazy Curl for a girl’s weekend away and couldn’t have loved it more! Tyson was so friendly and inviting, extremely proactive with messaging days in advance with directions. The location itself was beautiful and cabin was so cosy!

wow....what a place, a hidden Forest gem, we both absolutely loved it, loads of space, quirky, great outdoor sitting areas, loads of indoor space, great bed and a complete tranquil Oasis. Karen and Terry were lovely and very helpful, would highly recommend staying here, probably one of the best air bnb's we've ever stayed in, will definitely return.

The Ooaree Farm Cabin has a lovely rustic feel, with a fresh light-filled bathroom (which must be recently updated yet still charming and not overly modern). The property is private, beautifully landscaped, with cows wandering past and birds chirping. Don't think we heard a single sound of civilisation while there. It has the amazing blend of feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere while being only a 5 minute drive from Gerringong, its restaurants, beaches and views. The photos represent it very accurately. If you want to unwind, this is a wonderful place to do it.

It was just what we were needing and hoping for. My wife and myself loved the surroundings and tranquility and our furry friend was so relaxed. Loved the 9 King Parrots feeding outside near the kitchen. Will definitely visit again.

I've stayed in many Airbnbs and this is one of, if not the best Airbnb I've stayed in. The cabin is rustic chic personified and the hosts seem to have thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable / homely. We walked in to fresh (still warm!) bread, eggs, honey and wine. Heavenly. The guidebook was organised and informative. Totally forgot there was an indoor fire as well as the outdoor firepit so that was a lovely surprise. The wood was well stocked (and restocked during our stay!) so we made great use of both fires. The outdoor fire under the stars whilst in the outdoor bath then getting into the gorgeous fluffy robes was just magical. The bed was comfy and a fun highlight was also the provided goat nuts to feed the hungry pair of goats nearby. The other animals on the property also milled around and it was amusing to come outside to find the peacock out the front. If you're tossing up between places - pick this one! We'll definitely be back + one dog.

my partner and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here! the cottage was cosy, comfortable, clean, and private. it has everything you need and more, plus the garden is gorgeous! david is a great host, check-in was easy, good communication, and he came by to show us around the place and give us some local recommendations of places to visit (which were all awesome)! thank you for such a great experience and hope to visit again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. The property is private with beautiful surroundings. Lots of nooks around the house to sit and relax. The creek is just a short walk and was refreshing to swim in. The outdoor bath is a nice feature and the check in of 12 midday is great. Lots of places check in is not until 3pm. Hope to stay again!
