Beachfront vacation rentals in Batangas

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

If I could rate this place 6/5 stars, I would! For context, we booked this listing last minute. There are some minor things that could be improved, like a bit of repainting here and there, and the wooden doors could be replaced since they’re a bit tight and hard to close, probably add indoor slippers, and an outdoor wash area. But none of these were dealbreakers. The place was great! It was homey, clean, and comfortable. Dennis was very responsive, and the ates taking care of the place were friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was clean, and they were refilling it with water and got filled just right in time for our use. They also had sodas and beers available for purchase, which was a small but nice touch that made our stay even better. The air conditioning was also excellent!! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and best of all, they were pet-friendly. Would definitely book again and recommend these to friends

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

We stayed at this place in Nasugbu, Batangas, from December 27-28, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience for our group of 8. The place was okay, with all the essentials we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We appreciated the convenience of their tie-up restaurant, as we were able to have lunch delivered directly to the place after a tiring road trip—such a thoughtful service! Both the caretaker and the host were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We even had the chance to enjoy quick island hopping, which was a great addition to the trip. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable place with accommodating service and fun activities nearby, this is a good option.

The host was incredibly easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had.

Great place for a private occassion like reunion, team building or vacation. Complete amenities and clean place. I love that all rooms has its own bathroom. The caretaker is very accommodating and helpful. Even though the beach was not that perfect for swimming, it is still a great scenery and they have a swimming pool which we really enjoyed. Overall, I would recomment the place if you want to have a private and peaceful place.

The house was really lovely and it was way better than staying in a hotel. It was not easy to find however as not well signposted onthe main road. Jovelyn was lovely

If you're looking for a place to stay when visiting Pico de Loro, any unit of SEE Condominium (or Joanne's listing here in Airbnb) is highly recommended. Easy check-in process and most importantly, they have responsive and helpful customer service.

Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

The host is very responsive and will help you all the way. The place is very private and feels like your on a different place. Looks a lot like on the photos. very clean, very nice design, very peaceful! Overall great experience and will definitely come back!

It's a great place to stay for families or small groups. We had a great time snorkeling right in front of the accommodation. We'll come back again next time.

Our family had an amazing time. The unit is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, he even checked on us if we were able to settle in the unit. We’ll definitely stay here when we go back at Pico.

We had a great time staying at Keith’s place. The place is big, spacious and well laid out. Bedrooms are also big and beds would fit 2 adults and 1 kid. We enjoyed our time in Villa Solana, everything is provided for. Keith even drove from Makati to help get us into Punta Fuego’s beach! Ate Beth was a great help to us as well!! Would certainly go back. 😍

The photos about the place are accurate. Room was really clean with great furniture. Kitchen is also complete. Would really love to come back again 😁.

We’ll be back! Fantastic home and hosts. They also coordinated a car rental for us. It was a low price (half of what I pay in Manila) and the owner dropped it off and picked it up right at the airbnb. The solar panel backup power system is not only cool, it’s useful to keep the lights on with the areas frequent brown outs. And the dogs are super sweet and smart.

The place was awesome! The caretakers to the owners were very friendly and accommodating. They made the stay very memorable. And overnight stay would not be enough. Will definitely worth another visit. :)

The owners are very accommodating. They also post ahead of time the directions on how to get to the place. Also, they informed us ahead of time of any power interruptions. While also on the venue, the owners are very nice to us.

This is an excellent place to stay, it’s spotlessly clean, very roomy and comfortable with a spotless pool, spotless CR’s and very well appointed kitchen. It’s very easy to find and the directions given are very easy to follow. Ate Juvy the caretaker is a gem, very proactive, friendly and very helpful and the host is also one of the few hosts who knows what Airbnb is all about as he is very proactive, very flexible and accommodating making our stay a memorable one. We will return here for sure and we highly recommend this Airbnb to all. 5 stars..!!! 😇🙏👍

The house was spacious and perfect for our family. The kids loved the backyard with the swings , while the adults appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces.

Nyoras Beach House is a charming and well-kept property that lives up to its description. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with clean and thoughtfully designed spaces. The living room is a bit compact, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Kuya Marlon the caretaker is very helpful. A wonderful spot for a peaceful and memorable beach getaway!

we really had a nice, relaxing and peaceful stay! there are a lot of options - eat indoors or outdoors, chill along the beach or just relax in the water. there are also boardgames available which you can use. the aircon units are working well and the bed is comfortable. the water pressure is not as strong so it may take a while to take a bath but water heater is working. the beach is has a very calm water and relatively clean.

We had a wonderful weekend at Ver’s place. Roselyn and Bong (the caretakers) couldn’t be nicer. They were very responsive and easy to talk to and tried to accommodate what we needed. You really cannot swim in the beach (very rocky but we still managed to have a great time, despite the rainy weather). It would be nice if there were restaurants nearby but we bonded over cooking meals. The karaoke, foosball and the card game table kept us entertained. The inside was very clean and very nicely furnished. The sleeping arrangement was very comfortable! We hope to come back again!
