This villa was just perfect for the time we needed. With a two minutes walk to the beach and pool, and easy accessibility to the neighboring resorts for activities, was a major highlight. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. We had a great time.

Great place to simply chill and relax. Away from busy areas, yet easy to call a Grab and go somewhere to eat or get food delivered. The housekeeper Wani was wonderful.

The house is very spacious; our kids enjoyed themselves a lot with the swimming pool and all the indoor games. The bedrooms are more spacious too, with 2 double cots as shown and are very well maintained and very neat, with check-in and check-out. Sure will visit again. Our host Gilbert and his team are very responsible in replying to our queries.

Great place for big family gatherings with plenty of amentities available in the house to entertain different age groups. The pool table, huge karaoke lounge and the arcade gaming machine were indeed the hot favorites among the family not to mention the super big and spacious bathroom with bathtub! Host were responsive and location is super easy to get to everywhere. thumbs up.

Convenient location, located right behind lots of massage places and walkable distance to KSL. House is also big enuf to accommodate a lot of people and at least 4 cars inside the car porch area. Great for large gathering.

Nikkol was a gracious host and never fail to reply almost immediately with regards to the place we booked. Will definitely keep her in mind next time we want to book again.

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable for 22 of us! We had a fun time from all the indoor facilities to the outdoor BBQ. Highly recommended if you have a big group of people as all of us had a comfortable bed to sleep with

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

- Excellent communication with host. - The villa is huge which can accommodate to big families. - The location is convenient. Just need to be extra vigilant if you have small kids around as one side of the stairs has got no railings. Overall, definitely recommended!

Big house with 6 bedrooms, was able to accommodate my extended family of 9 with room to spare. We enjoyed the BBQ, KTV, mahjong and pool! There were security guards checking the entry and exit so we felt safe although the location was remote. Good place to catch up and spend holidays with family and friends. Thank you for hosting us!
