Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bastrop County

This Airbnb was the perfect retreat for our family! We loved how calm and quiet the location was. The house itself was spacious and functional, easily accommodating the whole family. The outdoor space was a huge plus, especially the spa – so relaxing! Having a full kitchen made meal times a breeze, and the kids were thrilled with all the games, especially the billiard table and table football. Highly recommend this spot for a family-friendly getaway!

Really nice and cozy camper with tons of little touches like snacks, coffee, bath products, chargers etc. The covered porch is the star of the listing with fans, rocking chairs, a swing, and a nice outdoor dining table. The fire pit seating area is also wonderful. Note that if you are a large/ tall person the bathroom will feel very small. This is normal for a camper (I own one) but may come as a surprise for some. Great hosts, would stay again!

We were at the house for a casual girls weekend and the space was perfect for that. We were able to hang out comfortably in the living room when it was too rainy and cold to be in the great backyard space. We had some HVAC and hot tub problems that were tended to by Monica immediately (even though it was a weekend night) I live nearby and would definitely choose this place again next time I have visitors in town.

Lovely and uniquely renovated home within walking distance to restaurants, the river walk, local art, and grocery stores. We enjoyed cooking in the well arranged kitchen as well as eating out. Dani was a welcoming host, greeting us and helping us to settle in. We appreciated her quick responses to any questions we had.

We loved our stay at the Cactus House! The house had everything we needed, from linens, to kitchen supplies and firewood for the fire-pit! Very child friendly house with our 5 yo and two yo twins. We loved sitting on the patio and relaxing, exploring the Bastrop area (the house is the perfect location if you’re visiting Sherwood Forest Faire!), and cozying up by the fireplace on chilly evenings. Would definitely rebook next time we’re in the area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing glamping site & it exceeded all my expectations! This was surrounded by nature with all the comforts of home. It was spacious, nicely decorated, cozy, & comfy. Norma was a great host who was responsive to needs & made sure the stay was relaxing. Amenities were great, kitchenette was perfect, bathroom was cute, deck was great, & the games were a great added touch. My favorite was the gifted gratitude journal. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique & relaxing getaway!

I had a fantastic stay for Valentines weekend. Tucker the “property manger” was there to greet us outside as soon as we pulled in, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space is perfect, I couldn’t recommend more if you’re looking for a private, cozy home away from the city. Their hospitality truly stood out, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I’d love to return in the future, and if you decide to do the same, make sure to reward Tucker with a treat and some good boy scratches!

This was the first time our family has done any type of camping and we enjoyed every minute of it. The place was set up perfectly and had such a great view. We brought our jetskis and parked them at the dock throughout the day making lake access extremely easy. We will definitely be back.
