A dream stay in an exceptional area! François is available while remaining discreet. The decor and layout are beautiful. Everything is very clean. The garden is very well maintained. We highly recommend this rental!

The house has a lot of character due to its traditional regional construction. Especially the spacious, very well-kept garden is an oasis of peace and quiet and appealed to us. Unusual was the effort to find a restaurant in the area in the evening. This has nothing to do with the house but with the operators of the restaurants, who are often not interested in any evening operation.

yannick is an extremely kind , responsive host, giving information about nearby activities, committed to offering quality, clean, beautifully decorated, tastefully decorated quality homes. The bedding is quality , linens is also the linens. We were charmed by the place , the panorama , the spa in the evening facing the sunset over the sea and Yannick's kindness. I recommend Jardin Zen .

The stay went perfectly! The accommodation was impeccable, as described, and very pleasant. The hosts were at their best: welcoming, available and attentive. The pool is also nice and peaceful, we would definitely recommend this place:)

superb rental with a breathtaking view of the ocean,the beach of Leroux accessible on foot just go down for 200m approx. Beach the great Ance,from the pearl, ti Ance are very close. We had a great 15 days and Teddy and Estelle are great hosts... in a hurry to welcome us and care.

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

We had a great week, in a green setting and a well-appointed house bordered by the pool that was beyond our expectations. We received great hospitality from Niko and his wife. Niko is very attentive and gives very good advice. Marie Galante is an island to visit and the locals are very kind. I would highly recommend Niko's place, its location and the villa is as in the photos see better. We'll be back without a second thought. Thank you again for welcoming us before the scheduled time and for letting us enjoy the house until we boarded. Talk soon .

in the red villa. A treat! We just finished our stay at the red villa. A treat!!! Christian and Florette's welcome was royal. They provided us with food and drink for dinner on the day of our arrival and breakfast the next day! Communication was fluid, pleasant and friendly. Christian gave us plenty of tips for walks, beaches, restaurants, etc. As for the villa, what to say! It's a peaceful harbor. There's nothing missing. The rooms are perfect (good bedding, air conditioning, screens). It's nice to live in this house open to the pool and garden very well maintained without forgetting the carbet. We will keep an unforgettable memory of our trip to this beautiful island and in this beautiful villa. No need to add that we RECOMMEND ++!!!

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

Very well received, we arrived a little early and we were greeted with a smile and full of good information for our stay. Accommodation in quiet neighborhood, out of sight, large garden, very nice view. thank you for this stay Spacious and pleasant house to live in with everything you need to feel at home.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

The house is really beautiful and very nicely decorated. It's even nicer than the pictures! The rooms are very comfortable and the terrace/pool area is just amazing! The climb to the house is a bit rough, but it is 2 minutes from a highway that makes travel quite easy. Communication with the owner was very smooth, she even advised us on a nanny so that we could have our children looked after for half a day. We would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful family stay in Guadeloupe thanks to the hospitality and the beautiful Villa de Ming & Arnaud. Everything is done to make you feel at home. And it started before we arrived with care, very considerate and available they even added services just to satisfy us! (Crib and pool alarm for safety) A warm welcome from Ming with a full tour of the villa to introduce us to all the assets it has. Also available very easily for the duration of our stay. Very comfortable, quite secluded the villa will offer you peace and quiet for a beautiful stay. A very big thank you we will be sure to recommend you and keep the address for a future trip. We had a lovely stay at Nanou's house. A quiet and peaceful place, not overlooked. The pool is very nice as well as the terrace where we had good evenings. A place we recommend and could come back to.

A wonderful place, we felt right at home. The kitchen is super well equipped, the views are spectacular, and the town of Deshaies is great, some excellent restaurants. Highly recommended
