We had a great time in François's villa, original with its beautiful terrace and independent bungalows, well located on this beautiful and peaceful island.

A typical villa straight out of a paradise dream! The location is perfect allowing us to crisscross the island in its 4 corners. Pool hammock or relaxation in the garden ... we find our moment of zen. The house is ideally equipped so as not to be exotic if you like to cook a lot. The warm welcome and helpfulness in the colors of Guadeloupe show 🇬🇵 us how (no) metropolitan can take the example.

Beautiful little villa near Ste Rose, perfect for visiting this part of the island for a few days. The villa was very pretty with the beautiful backyard. I recommend it! Safe travels.

The stay went perfectly! The accommodation was impeccable, as described, and very pleasant. The hosts were at their best: welcoming, available and attentive. The pool is also nice and peaceful, we would definitely recommend this place:)

I was totally flabbergasted by the amazing views, the superbly maintained and tasteful property and the general French Caribbean “vibe” We totally enjoyed our stay here and it was a pity we could not book it for longer. We will definitely try to get back as soon as we can!!

We had a great week, in a green setting and a well-appointed house bordered by the pool that was beyond our expectations. We received great hospitality from Niko and his wife. Niko is very attentive and gives very good advice. Marie Galante is an island to visit and the locals are very kind. I would highly recommend Niko's place, its location and the villa is as in the photos see better. We'll be back without a second thought. in the red villa. A treat! We just finished our stay at the red villa. A treat!!! Christian and Florette's welcome was royal. They provided us with food and drink for dinner on the day of our arrival and breakfast the next day! Communication was fluid, pleasant and friendly. Christian gave us plenty of tips for walks, beaches, restaurants, etc. As for the villa, what to say! It's a peaceful harbor. There's nothing missing. The rooms are perfect (good bedding, air conditioning, screens). It's nice to live in this house open to the pool and garden very well maintained without forgetting the carbet. We will keep an unforgettable memory of our trip to this beautiful island and in this beautiful villa. No need to add that we RECOMMEND ++!!!

We were lucky enough to stay at this villa with friends during our stay in Guadeloupe. At 10 people, the villa was quite spacious enough for us to be comfortable. The photos exactly matched the place, I would even say they can't do justice to the view offered by this villa. The location is very good, not too far from the markets, beach easily accessible, with cars it is possible to walk anywhere on the island. The host was available all week and welcomed us as friends by recommending several restaurants and activities. Thanks Lawrence for the memories of a life! Next time!

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Perfect! In my opinion, the main advantages of this accommodation are: a spacious space, multiple and varied amenities, a quiet neighborhood, a frontline home with a panoramic view of the coast. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The place is great we recommend. The space was clean on the surface when we arrived but a deep cleaning would be required.

We had an absolutely fabulous 10 days stay! The house is beautiful and what to say about the view!! Julie received us with great attention, we felt right at home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped and well ventilated. The pool, although small, was perfect for the kids. Probably the best Airbnb we've had for life:)

The villa was super clean, very well maintained and very well-equipped. The private pool made all the difference, super convenient and much appreciated in a warm country like Guadeloupe. At our request, Eva bought us beach towels and provided us with 4 folding chairs to bring us to the beach. Eva, who is the owner, gives unparalleled service. She brought us a therapeutic pillow for the mother. It can be seen that the villa is managed by the owner rather than by agency. I highly recommend renting this beautiful villa and we will come back without hesitation. Thank you Eva for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa located a few minutes from downtown Saint-François ( restaurant, grocery stores, casino ...). The area is quiet and intimate. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for two people and the cleanliness of the place is impeccable. Isabelle is very responsive. She makes sure the maintenance is done for the pool and she offered us a cleaning service, since our stay was 10 days. The garden is exceptionally beautiful. Don't be surprised if you hear strident noises when the night arrives, we've been told it's the frogs singing. We discovered the restaurant Le jardin secret 800 meters from the villa. Thank you Isabelle for this stay! You can book with no hesitation!😊

We had a great time as a Family at Villa Lio again.
