Beautiful and cozy apartment with a friendly, kind, and helpful host. Highly recommended for anyone!

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and couldn't take much of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and with good facilities. The mattress was great and good in size. There are some businesses and a large supermarket nearby. The hike to downtown is relatively short and enjoyable.

Enrico is a very specific host and attentive to details, he takes care of the house in the best way and takes care that the stay can go perfectly. The place is very tidy and as described. It is easily accessible from the highway, reserved parking is very convenient and it is easy to reach the center by walking

the apartment is easy to find thanks also to the precise directions of Orazio Fabio. The spaces are right for a couple, the accommodation is clean and tidy and the area is very quiet but close to the center and convenient to reach every destination of interest.

Pier Luigi's place is in a very quiet area and convenient to all amenities, upon our arrival we were greeted by Anna, Pier's partner, who was really kind and friendly. In the apartment we found all the comforts described, nothing was missing, the terrace with mountain views was also beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a really great time, it was like being at home. If there's an opportunity, we'll definitely be back! I recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

Carlo was friendly and responsive from the outset. The apartment was clean, warm and very comfortable. We had everything inside that we could have needed. The little patio area was a great bonus, even if it was a little too cold for us to use. The shower was fantastic, better power than my own. The apartment was so handy to get anywhere and a couple of minute walk takes you to local transport or cafes and shops. Would 100% stay here again.

Modern and very comfortable flat. it is only a few steps up the ground floor so easy to get to with luggage. Easy to get to Venice center from the location (I would recommend the train rather than the bus, which can get quite crowded) Nice recommendations from the hosts, who were very friendly and fast answering. Only minus is that the sound isolation is not that good so we hear when people are passing by outside the door or the street, but it is not a busy street so it did not feel annoying.

Elisabetta and Renato's property is more than perfect. It's not the "usual" b&b!! It is a very refined apartment, elegant, comfortable, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. And it is also embellished thanks to a well-kept outdoor area. The apartment shines for cleanliness. It is located in a very pleasant residential area and from there it is easy to reach the centers of interest of Padua on foot. Elisabetta and Renato are very friendly, kind and available to accommodate the requests of the guests. Also very available to facilitate check-in and check-out. Great experience, stay to remember. Andrea's place is ideal to feel at home, he takes care of making sure everything is perfect. On the day of entry I inform you of the time you will arrive to be waiting for you and give you all the information. The peacefulness, cleanliness and comfort are impeccable.

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Spacious and clean apartment, suitable for two people. Well-stocked kitchen, especially in terms of appliances. As a whole, an apartment that lends itself to being used even for several days compared to the classic tourist weekend. Quiet area, downtown easily accessible by public transport. Very polite and attentive managers.

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Thank you Magdalena for the wonderful accommodation. The house was so peaceful and lovely with such nice neighbors. It was like being at home away from home. From the house you can easily walk to the nearby supermarket, multiple restaurants, bakeries, etc. Which Magdalena was nice enough to provide very detailed maps and information for. My dog also loved having the freedom to run around the in the garden and meet the neighbors dogs on both sides. Over all a very lovely experience.

We will definitely be back! The house is beautiful, organized and clean. We had a perfect check-in and your welcome surprised us positively. There are hotels that don't do what Giovanni and Marta have done for us. Thank you so much for your hospitality! 🩵

Wonderful is little! If you are by car, it is perfect for visiting Treviso and surroundings. It has a garage, which is rare when you think of Italy. The apartment is so welcoming that we run the risk of not wanting to leave. Absolutely complete, super comfortable bed. Emanuele still makes everything better with a Proseco, from Treviso, toast the stay.
