we had a great stay , Jenny and Peter were friendly and amazing hosts and their dog esta was a pleasure to be around the only problems were some of the pots were stained and I believe a blind would be a good addition to the glass window/door that leads to the garden , however the place was beautiful and the scenery was nice , would definitely go back. 😁

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

Rosalind was quick to respond to all my questions and incredibly accommodating when we needed a late check out. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to navigate.

Eva was a fantastic host - so friendly, communicative and very accommodating. We stayed in the property over Christmas - it was very spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Eva made it feel so welcoming and homely for us. She left welcome treats for the children and the adults, and a manual with all the ‘need to know’ information. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils we needed for our Christmas dinner! The property is superb and in the most beautiful location. We enjoyed many walks around the local countryside and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the back garden - deer, foxes, pheasants, squirrels, as well as the resident chickens! We had the perfect stay. If your looking for a hidden gem you have found it !!! The accommodation is very large, cosy and extremely well equipped. We arrived last minute due to another air BB being sub standard and Sarah was so brilliant, we were checked to house within 30 mins. The inside of the house simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and so convenient to walk to Fordingbridge. The host sarah is absolutely amazing you really could not ask for a better host. Unfortunatly she could only accommodate ourselves for 4 nights, but then she went above and beyond to find us another air BB that her friend had available I would highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely cottage with everything you need and is in a perfect location. Loved staying here and would thoroughly recommend.

We enjoyed a gorgeous three days in Bosham, staying in Mandy's beautiful house. We love Bosham, and particularly appreciated the location and layout of Mandy's creatively converted Chapel. It's right in the heart of the village, in sight of the sea front, with a peaceful patio out back that overlooks the stream. Mandy's home is a lovely mixture of pleasing to the eye, and comfortable, and we enjoyed curling up on the big, comfy sofa after walking in the Sussex countryside, and playing cards at the large family table. We ate very nice pub meals out out at the Anchor Bleu (a five minute walk away) and the Crown & Anchor in Dell Quay (ten minutes by car). Mandy's instructions were clear and helpful, and her very generous welcome hamper was particularly appreciated. Thank you Mandy for a very enjoyable three nights.

We had such a lovely stay at Juniper house, Marley and his family were very welcoming and the house and grounds were amazing. We really enjoyed the red kite feeding and there was plenty of other things for the kids to do as well. The surrounding area also has plenty of lovely places to eat and explore. Overall, we were very happy and would love to go back again.

We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

I would recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the new forest. We had a warm welcome from the owners at the front gate. The garden is amazing, we decided to pay extra to have the hot tub which was a nice bonus to have the use of in the evening. The games room was great, we had some nice family time in there throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again

Gorgeous barn with beautiful finishes. Three things I value most in a stay are soft lighting, quality kitchen utensils and views. This stay had all of these.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Lovely couple days stay at The Pool House. Everything you could have needed was there - from fresh bread, milk, butter and kitchen basics. Anna was brilliant for answering all queries and there were plenty from me. Great recommendations. Lovely accommodation, super clean and as expected. Would be amazing in the summer with the pool open.

Had a wonderful stay at Sibylles place in the woods. It was so unbelievably peaceful - such a beautiful setting. We loved the sauna and hot tub and were lucky to have such wonderful weather to enjoy it all. Sibylle was a very welcoming host and made us feel very comfortable there. We would absolutely love to visit again 😊

Spent a very pleasant weekend in the property whilst visiting Titchfield for a family get-together. The cottage, although quite plain from the outside, is full of character, warm and was spotlessly clean. Location is in the centre of the village, two local stores close by (2 min walk) for stocking up food and drink etc. Located on the lane that leads to the church parking can be “problematic” - but that said we had no problems. Good communication from managing team, easy check in and out. Would certainly use again.

Tilford cabin , was lovely . Clean , inviting, Frankie and Jonathon were the perfect hosts . Hot tub a huge plus and Jonathon made sure it was topped up with logs while we were on our afternoon walk so was nice and hot for when we got back . We will definitely be returning to Tilford Cabin and recommending to friends and family. Thank you both for an awesome stay.

Wonderful cottage in the middle of the UK countryside. warm and cosy and the odd stray horse to keep you company from the local village. we used it as a base for extensive travel. it's location was perfect for our travels from one side of England to Wales. Rose was a wonderful friendly and responsive host. I recommend a week or two here!

My husband, Chris and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Horseshoe Cottage. The cottage was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was great to have an outdoor space to let our dogs out whenever they needed to. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the laundry was pristine. The kitchen was very well equipped and again, very clean. As soon as we walked inside it felt peaceful and welcoming.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's property. The bungalow was lovely and clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. It was very well situated for both the coast as well as beautiful woodland walks. The break was just what we needed and Sarah was very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Thank you. :-)

The barn was lovely! Just like the pictures. Very easy to find and beautiful surroundings. Jo was lovely too and was kind enough to recommend some walks for my dog and I. Would definitely visit again!
