The apartment is very large, a beautiful view to the sea. Right in the Center of everything on the beach. Large Room with good kitchen beds with all the necessary items for operation. The two parking spaces make a big difference to stay. In short, I highly recommend.

We arrived very easily, the apartment was clean and tidy, Manuela welcomed us very kindly and always answered our inquiries quickly. The condominium is clean, quiet and with a lot of privacy. The mansa beach is a 3-minute walk away, ideal for children. We look forward to coming back next year!

Apartamento corresponds to the description, although compact is very well divided, organized, clean and cozy,. The decoration is beautiful, we feel at home. Beds are comfortable and the sea view is very beautiful. The hostess met us with great kindness always. Anyway, everything was great.

We had an earlier check-in option than expected, this allowed us to enjoy more Friday, at the agreed time Mariuza was waiting for us. The view of the ap is perfect, all as announced. We had a perfect weekend. The beach is quiet and clean. We will definitely be back.

The house is great, the rooms are clean, air conditioned working, fans in the quiet ceilings that leave the environment super airy. The pool is great, the sand field too, we hardly need to leave the house to have fun. I and my family loved the house and we certainly considered visiting it again. Super-equipped kitchen and owners are super attentive when thinking about children and making balls and games available in the house. Super attentive Andreza and answered us whenever we need, the Ana who also does the cleaning, super gentle and attentive.

We stayed at the House on January 19/20/21/24 and Ana waited with hot coffee and cake… she introduced the house and the accommodations… when I had questions she answered quickly… I indicate the place to rest and taste great dishes in the area…. 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

For those who like a lot of calm The place is perfect, we had days with 95% of sunshine if it had been raining I would have missed a centrifuge 😁 the very helpful staff had some problems but they helped us and resolved with accuracy. we found a little far from the center but nothing that prevented us going there every day😅😅. Wonderful perfect days will soon return. thank you for all God blessings. 🙏🏻

Great place right in front of the beach, which is not overcrowded like other places in Brazil. The house is great, with ample spaces and a beautiful hot tub. Fully recommended

We had a great stay! House is exactly like in the pictures, all new and very well taken care of. The five rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a lot of comfort for all. The host, Dirce, always responded to us quickly and was very attentive. The house has all the amenities to enjoy the beach, including chairs, tent and parasol, which made all the difference. The location also pleased us: the beach is right in front of the house and is quiet, with little movement. The kitchen is very well equipped for the size of the house, with a refrigerator, beer and freezer, making it very easy to stay. In addition, the house has a great pool area, perfect for relaxing. We also hired the services of @ mordomia.guaratuba to cook and keep the common areas tidy, which made the experience even more comfortable and worry-free. We recommend and would certainly return!

All as advertised. The bathhouse is quiet, excellent for taking the children. The place is very nice. We suffer a bit with the heat, as the roof is slab, without a roof, it absorbs more heat. Overall it was a very good stay.

It's amazing to wake up and see the sun rising without leaving home! Take meals overlooking the sea and sleeping with the cool nature breeze, it's wonderful! But if you prefer air-conditioning, it has a very powerful! This loft, being on the corner, has a very wide and privileged view which makes it, very special and differentiated on the balcony! The place is super clean (the mattress is hygienic: it has napa cover), airy (it does not smell of mold) and contains everything you need for a basic stay where you want until you cook what and how you like it! Hosts respond quickly and flexibly, and the person who welcomes us is super helpful!

It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! Apartment has a great location, "foot in the sand". The size is ideal for 4 to 6 people. Many nearby shops and easy access to the other regions. The condominium is well-structured and organized. I and my family liked it very much.
