Villa vacation rentals in Barletta

Angelo, Teresa and Leda are great, easy going and friendly hosts who have a beautiful modern guesthouse which sits 100 m away from a beach. The house is a jewel in the area. We had a great stay and hope we come back one day. Grazie mile!

We've been there for the fifth time now and what can I say, everything is great as usual. Thanks also to Emanuele. He was always there when we needed him. Really fabulous.

Our stay went very well. Our host welcomed us very warmly, is very available and explain everything by giving us all plenty of clear and useful information. The apartment exactly matches the photos and the mattresses are of good quality. The place is quiet and we slept very well. In addition, the apartment very well located to enjoy the beach of " la Torretta" and "Il Braccio" accessible in less than 10 minutes walk. It only takes about fifteen minutes by car to reach the main square ( if there is no traffic) and only 5 minutes, always by car, to reach the Dok supermarket and 6 minutes for the Lidl. The secure garden is perfect for letting children play safely and the two parking spaces inside the complex are perfect for parking their car and hosting in addition to family/friends. On the street outside, there are also blue areas if ever. I recommend it.

We spend great holiday in the Villa and Filippo is a very friendly and helpful host. At the beginning he surprised us calling and asking about our preferences before our arrival to Italy. Next, he was waiting for us at the Villa late in the evening due to our late flight. After arrival he gave us information about local attractions and even found a bike rental company that we asked about. Generally, the villa was a base for visiting different places, attractions in Appulia for us. We felt there very comfortable and most of our time in the villa we spent on the terrace. The area around was quiet and peaceful, which was a big plus for us as well.

Very nice place, right on the water. In the morning it's just exceptional, we're alone in the world. We were looking for silence, we found it. The house and its exteriors are well equipped. Rino is a very welcoming and super responsive host. Thank you so much, it was a real joy.

I stayed with Giuseppe at the end of October with my two 16 and 19-year-old "children" and we enjoyed it very much. House is very well equipped, we did not miss anything. The garden was ideal for our dog, the location so close to the sea very nice. There is also a lot going on out of season here and many pretty cities nearby are easy to get to. A pizzeria, within walking distance, was also open. All in all a very nice week. Thanks, Giuseppe 👍

Was really nice! Enzo welcomed us with fresh focaccia and cookies from his mom. We exchanged numbers and asked him every now and then for a tip, which he always provided! We enjoyed our stay a lot. Our kid loved the toys that were provided Our dog loved the big garden, and the walks on the promenade!

I had a great time staying with Maria Teresa. I discovered a really adorable family, very human and full of goodwill to make my stay enjoyable and feel safe. The place is really cute with a super nice little terrace. And we have the sea at 400m directly when we go out. I was on foot and they also provided me with a bike. On top of cute and thoughtful little services ❤️✨ I do not regret my choice, as much for the accommodation as for the smiling and charming people I met there. I recommend 200% Thanks again. Going to a new place, everyone asks if I'm going to be a good place to live on the spot? Similarly, we, although from the very beginning the communication with Ippazio was excellent. We got all the directions from the airport, and we were in constant contact. On the spot, we met a smiling host with a gentle face, very cheerful and friendly. He showed us around the house, gave us the keys to the apartment, and sent us all the necessary information about the neighborhood and public transportation to the phone. And we felt at home :) Of course, we spent most of our time outside of it, but it was so nice to come back to a place we felt like ours. And finally, one more nice surprise - Ippazio drove us to the airport when we had to go back to Poland. Very nice gesture. In a word, the host stole our heart, and we'll be back! We recommend it to anyone who wants to feel Italian hospitality and breathe the family of Puglia.

You will find with Giovanni an excellent welcome, great kindness and great generosity in a very pleasant estate and a setting, surrounded by olive trees, enchanting. Exemplary cleanliness, a very pleasant swimming pool and a very pleasant large space. The location is great because it's a good distance from all the places you have to see in Puglia. Frankly a place to recommend without restrictions and hosts who benefit from being known

I have so many amazing things to say about my stay here. The house is beautiful and the rooms are clean. I loved relaxing by the swimming pool and garden and of course spending time with the local kitty! Paolo made me feel right at home and was very kind and provided lots of recommendations for restaurants, grocery etc. This was the perfect place to stay in Bari- you are in your own little oasis and to get to the city centre is only 15 mins by train (and 15 min walk to the metro). I loved my stay here and I hope to be back again

The place was extremely clean and the complimentary coffee was excellent. Because of the weather we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The yard was very well manicured and had a nice feel to it. Luca also responded very quickly to any question we had. Overall we had a very nice stay.

i was in a large bedroom,the common areas are spacious and nice, the pool with access included in the price is fantastic, as is the beaches easily reachable on foot. The area is very well connected to the center of Bari. I highly recommend it, as soon as I have a chance, I will gladly return

We had a very nice vacation with Nico in Villa Carcano. We immediately felt at home. It's a nice, clean accommodation in an environment where there is a lot to do. We had a lot of advice on the guide with tips for the area. The pool is ideal. We couldn't imagine that the rooms would be as beautiful as in the pictures but these were absolutely. Please note: the room with fresco and mural are not open, but you can view it with the host. Wonderful! A nice surprise was the free breakfast every morning. Nico is always available for questions, etc.

Our stay were so so wonderful from the delicious baked breakfast by Maria our lovely host to the beautiful and stylish surroundings in the home in and outside. So humble and kind with perfect instructions of how to get around the area and outside of Trani. We absolutely were stunned with the friendly pets they had and the excellent exchange of conversation had with Maria and Alessandra. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful vacation and easy access to the area and surroundings. Thank you again to the whole family including those lovely dogs and cat.

We enjoyed with 5 friends in the lovely stay. Everything was neatly taken care of and with the nice tips we had a great evening in Trani, otherwise we would never have gone here because we did not know this. 3 super sweet dogs and a very nice cat present that will give you a warm welcome together with the Maria. Had so much love for this great weekend at Maria's place together ❤️

We had a fantastic stay. Our only issues were 1. No information booklet 2. Cooker was not easy to use 3. No taxis in the town so had to walk 25-30 minutes to and from the restraunts.

We were seven girls who had a really nice stay at Relais Belvedere! Angela and Grazia were really helpful and made us feel at home. Angela answered fast whenever we had questions and Grazia made us lovely breakfasts every morning. The only downside is that there are no taxis in Giovinazzo and since we arrived by train we had trouble getting to the house. Would definitely recommend everyone to rent a car. The house was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. Grazie mille Angela and Grazia! (And Pepper and Michele of course, best cats we ever met)
