Waterfront vacation rentals in Barcelonès

To find a quiet place in Summer, in the Maresme region, near Barcelona is a lot to ask! This is one of this spot, near the sea, near the station, near restaurants. No serious problem with WiFi so it was suitable to work from abroad. The host very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely rent this place again!

Jose’s place is in quiet surroundings near the seaside. All amenities are walkable. Train station nearby for an easy ride into Barcelona or further down the cost. The place is comfy and has all amenities. Jose is a very friendly and helpful host.

We spend an amazing holidays with my 20 months old daughter and my parents. The apartment is located on a great area, where groceries and good restaurants were just a few steps. Looking forward to coming back next summer!

v good place in every aspect

Sara & Olalla were very responsive to questions ahead of our stay & agreed we could leave our luggage on our checkout day as we had an evening flight. Providing key toiletries & kitchen cloths, dishwasher tablets etc was great as we were travelling hand luggage & it saved a trip to the supermarket. The view from the apartment is very uplifting when you open the blinds in the morning. We visited February so didn’t use the balcony with its view of the sea. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 3 spacious double bedrooms, 2 with firm beds and 1 with a soft one. The living/dining area is also spacious. We were 3 adults. We thought the location was great. We found it an easy walk to La Rambla & many other sights. We even walked to Park Güell but that was a long walk that we chose to do as we like getting lost in a city.

Paula was a wild host. We could easily stay in the house earlier and also as long as we wanted on the day of departure. Since the plane didn't leave until 18:00. The house leaves nothing to be desired..... Paula sent us videos taken before arrival day, where she briefly explained the difference, lights, keys, heating, etc. as well as list of restaurants and shopping. We were completely happy, went to the sea every morning first. Just in front of you. The train passes relatively regularly and often right in front of the house... If that would bother you, this house should not choose. But it didn't bother us. We would definitely come back the next time we visit!

Booked for a nearby conference and the location was perfect. 10 mins to conference center and yet only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Had a great few days and would definitely book again.

This was our best Airbnb experience yet! We highly recommend this stay. Get away from the big city of Barcelona and enjoy a beautiful and quiet stay here! (It is an easy train ride into the city for tourism if you want and a quiet place to retreat to after a day of exploring Barcelona.). The house felt like home. Clean. Excellent. Comfortable. Beautiful old family home that is easily invested. Vast and warm, its location close to Barcelona by train allows daily visits. Its garden and terrassses allow you to enjoy the mild climate. It's easy to communicate with Sergi. The welcome provided by one of his friends, Paula, was very pleasant.

Amazing location, lots of local restaurants and fun shops. We walked around easily to see the sites. The apartment was clean and had everything we really needed.

It was a pleasure to spend a few days on vacation at Daniel's apartment. The environment is beautiful, the apartment is very well cared for and of a perfect size for the 5 adults we were, and the communication with Daniel has been great, always attentive and very quick to answer. We recommend it!

Blanca’s apartment was a great place for us as we were travelling with two dogs. It had an enclosed garden and then a beach just across the promenade. Dogs were allowed on the beach between October and Easter. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and communication with both Blanca and her son was great. We communicated in both English and Spanish. I liked the location, and even though we were here in January there were plenty of restaurants and a small shop open in the small port area and it was a 15 minute walk along two other beaches into town.

A great stay! Alex is responsive hospitable and friendly, the accommodation offers all the comforts desired for a family, baby was like home and we too. The apartment is in a great location, close to all amenities, at the gates of the center of Barcelona, a quiet and quiet area. The view is absolutely breathtaking, a small terrace in the children's room like a surprise. It's clear, spacious, clean, tidy, tidy. The apartment was spotless. As shown in the photos. Super modern, it is clearly a new building in very good condition and the apartment has all kinds of details. Super comfortable beds and pillows. The parking is also very good. Close to the train station, supermarkets and 15 minutes from the beach by foot. The host was very helpful and kind at all times. Totally recommendable.

Our flight landed at 11pm. Two other places on Airbnb would not wait for us. Alex and Ana told us they would, and they did! Alex even helped my daughter carry her luggage (heavier than mine) up three floors to the apartment. The place may be a bit old but is very well maintained and very clean. Definitely a great stay. Too bad this was a business trip, we didn't have time to walk to the beach at all. Uber'ed in and out everyday. The city pass the show gave us cannot be used on the bus that leaves from here.

We had a lovely stay at Alex and Olga’s place; it was clean, had everything we needed and in a lovely area just outside the city. Alex was very helpful and told us about transport in and out of the city as well as about local restaurants. He even booked us a taxi for our early flight home! We definitely recommend this place to stay, especially if you want somewhere close to the airport!

We would like to thank Nadia& taras for the great stay. It was very clean and we were right at home. The location is great and it only takes 2 minutes to get to the metro and the city 15 minutes. Everything easily accessible. Would highly recommend for your stay.
