Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

The place is better than the pictures. A special place to spend time as a family without going anywhere else. The supermarket is on the curb in front, and also a bazaar. The pool is very large and the patio a pass. All the details super well cared for. It has a kitchen with absolutely everything to cook and so on. Our dogs have enjoyed almost more than us! I wish you could repeat!!!

Fredric was a very good host. Clear instructions for our stay and also during our trip. The accommodation is also very nice - a really top choice if you are traveling in larger groups.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sunshine ! Cozy and tastefully furnished which gives a homely feeling. There has been attention to small details which has a comfortable and welcoming effect. The living environment is very quiet and quiet so you can completely relax. Our dog also had a great time and he could walk around freely and safely in the garden because it is completely fenced off. Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

If it would be possible, I would give 10 stars!

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

The house is very nice and well equipped. From our point of view, however, it is more suitable for a family with a younger daughter, as the 2nd bedroom has only a narrow bed and is designed like a game room for little girls. The dishwasher is very small and difficult to fill. We enjoyed everything else very much.

Benko is a very helpful, pleasant and responsive host. Everything was very clear for our arrival. The villa is very pleasant to stay in. There were 10 of us as a family and everything was perfectly functional. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The outdoors are great. The young people enjoyed the foosball table provided. The sauna was very nice too. I highly recommend for a stay, vacation with family or friends. Thanks again to Benko for his kindness and hospitality.

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

We quickly needed a short-term, affordable, place in Los Alcazares. The apartment was clean, comfortable, modern and well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. including enough shower gel, coffee etc. in case we forgot something. "The Strip" is also only a short walk away.

Perfect for our dog with a safe enclosed garden. Small and cosy as the photos show. Great for two people.

Stefan was easy and great to communicate with and the house was like the description. It was good proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants!

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.
