The house was great and adequate for our purpose of stay. The house was kept clean in spite, it was not new establishment. Enough beds for 9 ( but only 4 of us). Main reason I chose this place because it was landed and the porch can comfortably accommodated two cars, three if you know how to do it . Fully gated house. All three rooms/beds are at the upper floor. Opportunity for improvement 1. To put up mirror on the lower floor. 2. Only YouTube was available on TV- having regular channels/Netflix is recommended. 3. Clearer instruction when driving, especially on which lane to take will help me to locate the house better. I missed the turn, need to turn a bit far. 4.Having more decorations will make the house more welcoming. 5. The house is not wheelchair friendly. The beds are all upstairs, the toilet near the kitchen is squatting-type (none of us was on wheelchair , so this was not an issue to us) Otherwise, the house did meet our expectation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Perfect for a Group! We had an incredible stay at this house! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group of 11. The layout was great, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the game area with the pool/ping pong table—it made for some fun and competitive nights! The house had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for big groups looking for a comfortable and entertaining stay. Would definitely book again!

The honestly is great... private enough in a quiet neighbourhood. It was an easy check in and check out, had clear instructions everywhere. The TV is nice and big, water dispenser with room temp and hot water, an outdoor kitchen for heavy cooking, plenty of melamine plates, mugs and utensils. great stay, comfortable beds.... the ac works well Mr Mohan is responsive to messages as well. Thank you.

Arif’s place was spacious and highly tailored to accommodate our large family who came from out of town for my wedding. It’s minutes away from Forest Valley Hall as well as many shops and a couple of shopping malls, too. As for the house, we especially loved the kitchen which seemed purpose built for large gatherings and masak-masak sessions. This was a great choice and we recommend this to other large families as well!

An Awesome Venue for Our Special Day! The main house where we stayed was beautifully decorated and provided ample space for getting ready with our tea ceremony. The bedrooms were comfortable. Joey even helped us to put on Chinese Traditional 囍 bedsheet which made us feel like home! One of the highlights was the outdoor space. We managed to take some beautiful shoots with countryside-inspired vibes balcony! Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was unforgettable. We highly recommend it to any bride looking for a decent and picturesque location for their tea ceremony.

Great location, very easy check-in, and very responsive host. We stayed during Lunar New Year and the host was still very responsive on messages, which we really appreciate. House was very nice and clean, and had everything we need. There's an ensuite bathroom in every room and a few of the rooms upstairs have bunkbeds, so it's perfect for large families with kids (we had 9 adults and 4 kids). The house was also very cooling - great ventilation (we stayed in Jan and didn't need A/C). The only comment from my dad was that the chairs/surfaces are very hard (the design is very concrete/industrial), so some cushions to sit on for older people would be nice. There's a male caretaker who stays on the 2nd floor and he's very helpful with what you need for the stay. He tries his best to keep out of guests' way - but if you need anything you can just WA him/the host and he'll promptly help. Location was also great - very close to the malls/eateries in Bangsar. Would recommend!
