It is big place, just a little dark at night because of the lights. But I think overall stay is good.

We had a wonderful stay- the location is excellent, the house is clean and very spacious (major plus for our family of 6)! We had a little difficulty finding the location- but Nam was very responsive. Highly recommend. We were in Bangkok during the earthquake- most people had to evacuate their buildings- it was nice to have a place to go during the commotion. Sending our prayers.

Very spacious clean house that can accommodate a lot of people. The beds and sofa are not very comfortable but other than that we liked the house. Clean pool. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended

To top it all off, she greeted us with the juiciest, most refreshing watermelons—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Her local recommendations were spot-on and helped us discover some hidden gems nearby that we would’ve totally missed otherwise. Every interaction with her was smooth, warm, and helpful—she gave super clear instructions and was always just a message away if we needed anything. But more than anything, Jenny is just a gem of a person. Genuine, kind-hearted, and full of positive energy. If you’re lucky enough to stay at her place, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

There's no problem with Airbnb in Thailand!! If you're coming with your family, I highly recommend Airbnb! The soundproofing wasn't great, but if you're coming with your family, you can understand. There are also many restaurants around the accommodation, so I hope you can stop by Kkotok!! This is a listing that satisfies J itself.

had a great stay during our business trip in thailand, full of amenities and all amenities and facilities are in good conditions. the location is around 5 minutes walk to nearest bts station, on nut. which connected to shopping places, so it's easy to find something you need especially food. host also really ensure our stay is comfortable and always responsive. overall enjoy our stay especially the massage chair.

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

The hosts were very kind and responsive to our needs. The house is located in the center of Bangkok and very close to a train station, Ploenchit BTS station, which makes it very easy to get around. Yet, it is in a quiet alley. It has two parking spaces making it convenient for my friends and family to visit. A great place to stay overall especially with my big family of 9.

Spacious townhome with a great location. BTS and airport link is a 5 min motorcycle ride away. Within walking distance is street food and night market. The host is vey informative and responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Thanks to the host's friendly and accurate description, I used it comfortably. It was clean and tidy, so I was very satisfied.😃👍🏻👍🏻 There are many convenient elements such as parking lots, dryers, etc. I think it's a good place to stay for a long time, like a month-long stay! I had a good rest before heading out.☺️

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

We loved our stay at the Canal House. The home itself is gorgeous with lots of authentic vintage features and its location on the water is atmospheric and lots of fun. Sitting out on the balcony was a delight. We loved the neighbourhood too and communication with our host was easy. We highly recommended staying here.

I loved it here. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city (about 30-40 mins depending where you want to go and traffic), to relax and do nothing for a few days and this was it. Right by the canal with a terrace where you can enjoy the the day as it gets cooler into the night. I loved it here. I will most definitely come back again when I need peace and quiet.
