This is a beautiful home, great for a large group of people. There are many spacious bedrooms which each have their own small but 3 piece ensuite. The pool area by the home is fantastic. There are so many various places to relax. Staff at the home include a groundskeeper and two cooks/cleaners. Everyone is super friendly and always able to help. All of the meals we had prepared were excellent. The property is an easy walk into town, just not very fun coming home as it’s up a huge hill. But still doable! Overall we had no complaints about this beautiful home. Cristina was also amazing and easy to communicate with.

wonderful stay, the shower alone was worth the experience! We had a moonlit shower with a view of the town and the fresh breeze trickling through the windows.. incredible!! lovely little cabana, and the plunge at the top is great for a view and a dip. loved it! Just don't forget anything from your car and bring everything up, because the steps will punish you 😂

Camilo’s apartment is beautifully decorated and the views from the terrace are spectacular! It’s also a great central location. Please be mindful that there is a very steep slope to climb and not suitable for anybody with mobility issues or a buggy etc but apart from this, it’s a great choice.

Paul’s place was gorgeous and peaceful. Comfortable couches and beds made our family getaway especially relaxing. The view was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this property.

A Relaxing Experience! I absolutely loved the location! The privacy, the peaceful atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the cabin made my stay perfect. The place was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a refrigerator for basic groceries was a great plus. Everything was set up for a comfortable stay. Great Hospitality. Jesus was very helpful from the moment I arrived, making sure I had everything I needed. They even gifted me fresh fruit and eggs, which was such a kind gesture! Paula and Nadim were attentive and kept in constant communication from the moment I made the reservation, ensuring a smooth experience. One of the best things was being able to arrive with my car and drive in smoothly, as the river was dry at the time. The cabin has it’s own wifi this makes it perfect to work. Perfect place to disconnect. Coming back soon🙌🏼💚

Our family had a wonderful stay at Grethel’s house. The views are spectacular, everything was as described and she was very attentive to any questions we had during our stay. We would happily return.

Our recent Christmas week at Rancho Majagual was truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever experienced. We returned to our family trip tradition of being “present” in each other’s lives vs. presents for the holiday. Nicaragua was a first for us and our family of 7 with 2 children, ages 8 and 6. What an amazing week it was! Our host, Alam, oversaw a full, attentive staff and was an incredible asset in coordinating every detail. A birthday celebration with a 4 piece band started our week of celebration of amazing sunsets, bonfires, surfing lessons, catamaran sailing on Christmas Day, monkey sightings, lazy pool and hammock days, beach walks, kayaking and Christmas Eve Mass in town. The chefs prepared very delicious meals working around a food allergy and our bartender was most accommodating! Rancho Majagual was pure relaxation and very memorable. No matter if you are renting the main house or the bungalows, you will be treated to a magical and serene escape! Book it and go!

Our large family had a phenomenal stay. First, playa Remanso, approximately 15 minute drive from San Juan Del Sur, offered a relaxing vibe with picturesque sunsets. The sand was a short 100m walk from the house. I recommend grabbing a surf lesson from one of the surf schools beside Slaudy Bar for around $20 a person. The 4-5 beachfront restaurants all offered great food and drinks. The house itself offered spacious rooms, most with ensuites which ensured enough privacy for all guests. Incredible views from the house/pool overlooking the beach & ocean. We enjoyed many sunsets from the pool deck. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived thanks to Allan & Leticia, the on-site caretakers. They were incredibly friendly, hard working and willing to assist with recommendations, coordinating taxis, even grocery runs & cooking meals at your request, which were all excellent. They cleaned the pool & house daily as well. Allan & Leticia really elevated the stay beyond expectation.

Wonderful stay. The location is perfect with amazing facilities. Loved the condo. All was great!
