Damien is an wonderful host, he also provided us with local recommendations & always responsive :) The apartment is spacious and squeaky clean & can accommodate upto 4 -5 ppl. It has all amenities and located in a private place with ample car parking on the road . There is also a huge garden area with pool and chairs. The apartment is located in a peaceful environment and close to the beach. We had a great time and highly recommend this place at Cala en Porter

The place was very nice, especially the roof terrace is great, you have a great view and can barbecue there. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, in addition to the basics such as salt and pepper, olive oil and almost everything you could think of. Our host Yadir was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages.

We stayed in Tomeu's house but actually we spoke to the co-host Maria really kind and responded to all our requests. The apartment is large and clean, there was nothing missing as in the description, perfect for families or friends. We arrived in the off-season so there are not many open activities we had cars and it was not a problem. It also moves very well by bus. Maria suggested times to go to Palma by bus. Truly to be recommended thanks to Maria's warm welcome

There were four of us in Jaume's sweet apartment in October. We didn't miss anything, we felt very much at home. Especially the outdoor area let us enjoy the autumn sun of Mallorca. Antonia was always quickly available for our questions and always helped us super friendly, also proactively, for example regarding the weather (storm warning). You can park on the property so there is no annoying search for parking. We had a very nice holiday. Thank you!

The welcome was perfect, there were a lot of things available especially for breakfast and drinks, which was very appreciated at the end of the season. Willy speaks French and kindly welcomed us. The apartment is very functional, 5 min walk to the center of binibeca and the beach. The pool was enjoyed by children. The area is beautiful but a little dead at the end of the season (Toussaint holidays) but it's also nice to enjoy the coves without the crowds.

Wonderful location. The appartment is well equipped and very clean. Close to the centre of the town but not noisy. Excellent value. I would happily recommend this appartment to any other Air BnB guests.

The house is in a good location, you are within 2-3 minutes on the promenade on the beach. The slightly quieter beaches can also be reached in just a few minutes. Supermarkets are also easily accessible on foot. The house was clean and the kitchen has good amenities for a vacation. In the courtyard is another bathroom with good shower, as well as you can sit together and grill well in the courtyard. There was a sun umbrella and sand toys for kids. The only small drawback, due to the fountain in the kitchen, the sound intensifies and it echoes a little.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

Francesca is very helpful, friendly and helpful. He has expertly renovated the house inherited from his grandparents, making it comfortable and welcoming. Spaces are spacious, especially those in the guest house. The location is strategic: it can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the port and is located near a well-stocked supermarket. The back patio is equipped with a large table and can comfortably accommodate mopeds or a car. Recommended.

Miguel was a great host - very friendly and attentive. The apartment left nothing to be desired, we enjoyed the pool and barbecue very much. Would definitely stay there again.

Now I'm sitting at the airport and wondering about my stay with Stephanie. The accommodation was a dream, the house itself, but also the beautiful huge garden....and all in a fantastic quiet location. Stephanie herself is a very likeable host. The contact was straightforward and reliable. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Maria's place is a lovely big old house in the centre of the village, close to bars, restaurants and a good local shop whic h has long opening hours. The village also has a bakery. We especially loved spending our mornings and evenings in the back garden. Maria herself is very friendly and helpful and allowed us to stay late on our final day as we were the last guests of the season.

Paradise on earth. Lluc was waiting for us at the corner to show us where to turn. He ushered us into a yard with trees full of ripe oranges, lemons and avocados. The house is spacious, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped. There are bikes for guests' use and there's even a juicer in case you're there during citrus season. Easy walk to the town (Lluc showed us a shortcut), mountains all around. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful finca. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped, but that didn't bother us much. The sea and various nice places are easy to reach by car. Our flight didn't go until 7 pm and we were allowed to stay in the finca until our departure to the airport, so we had a very relaxed departure day. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, ideal for families with children. Everything was clean, tidy. Plenty of towels for all guests and even towels for the beach! For children, beach toys, also umbrella and sun loungers. Quiet location close to the beach, at the same time minutes on a street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Bel responds immediately to messages. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here in winter and felt super comfortable. The terrace had afternoon sun, which also had strong enough for a stay outside in February. There was everything we needed and it was extremely clean, will be happy to come back.

I booked the stay at Maria’s for myself and mother, unfortunately I was unable to join her in the end. Maria was so helpful in staying in touch with me to make sure everything was running smoothly, she was amazingly responsive. My mother had a great stay, the flat was super clean, the pool and gardens lovely, all as described. I hope to be able to visit one day soon!

we've been here for the second time and we enjoyed every moment. the bed is comfy and th Kitchen has everthing you need for home cooking, even some spices and Coffee. we loved the two balconies. over all, a great place to escape for a few days

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!
