I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Christine was a perfect host. She is considerate, accurate, responsive, and cares about her guests and their stay. The location is perfect across, from The Strand, and easy location to walk the beach or the Ritz for a sunset drink. Sunsets are in perfect view from sitting on the couch through the window, or go outside and enjoy them. Her place is clean, comfortable and the location is ideal. I will stay there every time I am in town, and have recommended it to friends. Loved it. Thanks Christine. You have a gem.

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. Gorgeous apartment with fantastic facilities and lots of choice for places to eat locally too. Super responsive host. Highly recommend! Thanks Alexandra and Casey.

We had such a wonderful experience! The home is right by the ocean with a beautiful ocean front walkway that you can walk or bike, plus a lot of beach activities, restaurants and shops. Joe & Joan are very nice and helpful. Parking is a bit tight if you have 2 suv, but doable. Would definitely come back.

Room was large and everything was very neat and clean. Great scents in the bathroom.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

We had a short stay at Toan’s place but it was lovely. Nice quiet location, easy parking. The Long Beach convention center is about 20-25 minutes away. Sunset beach across the street was nice and quiet. We requested some household supplies and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

My family and I had a great time in Long Beach for the Grand Prix, this Airbnb is located just down the street from the entry, and tons of places to get some food and just down the street from the beach. Very quiet and very clean unit, with the most amazing views to go to sleep, looking at and to wake up to. I see that there’s some confusion with getting access to the unit, the instructions couldn’t be more clear from the team. I had no issues what so ever. It was great.

I needed a place near the convention center and Nico‘s location was excellent! A very short walk to the convention center. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars easily within walking distance. Highly recommend!

A beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Views for days! Plenty of room with the beach at your feet. The ocean breeze makes up for no AC. Plenty to do in the area or you can relax on the deck. It really is a wonderful place to stay.

The two bedroom and 2 bathrooms was ideal for our needs. The complex area was large but it was peaceful and quiet. Having the laundry was a great help due to the length of time we were away from home. We walked to the beach which was beautiful. Kamila was very responsive to any questions I had. Check in was smooth and we liked the fact that we were in a gated community. My husband and I highly recommend Kamila’s Airbnb.

The house is a gem in a perfect location! 5 min walk from the beach and Lido Village. We had a great time. Management is very responsive. I’ll go back in a heartbeat.

John & Mandy were the most attentive hosts we have ever booked with! Quick to reply and even bothered to call to check in on us! Very knowledgeable regarding the property and surrounding area. Property was clean and maintained. We would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Great stay! Comfortable place with everything you need. There was an issue with the dishwasher but they were kind and got it fixed.
