Beach condo vacation rentals in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

this place was perfect for weekend for 2. we loved the location and were able to find free street parking (be willing to hunt). it was extremely clean and Leila was so responsive. We highly recommend!

Michael's place was exactly as described. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood, walking to Whale Watching boats across the street and running on the beach promenade (goes for miles). The location was incredible with access to very good restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the parking spots which made me feel super safe coming in and out of the building. Michael was also extremely responsive to all our inquiries.

Great place to stay. This house is located in a perfect location. Easy to walk to everything. We would definitely return. Pros: very clean and very easy to work with. Linens were clean and furniture is new and comfortable. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond to questions. The house, parking and entrance are in a safe location and well lit.

San Clemente Cove was an outstanding experience. Cost effective for the area. Excellent location. Front desk staff were polite and informative. The space was clean, as advertised, and included everything we needed. Communication prior to our stay and throughout are stay was made for a wonderful and stress free experience. This will be our go to stay when in San Clemente.

Great location for the conference I was going to at the Long Beach Convention Center. Leslie goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need in her studio-sized condo. It felt like a home away from home and I really appreciate all the extra little touches - coffee, the well-stocked kitchen utensils/tools, etc.

The view and location were fabulous. Walked to several fantastic nearby restaurants and cafes. Our group had a wonderful stay. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when needed. The only thing to note is parking can be slightly challenging if you have more than 2 cars. The two spots included with the residence are great and feel very safe. We had guests coming in from all different directions so we had additional cars. There are lots with free day parking nearby but then need to be moved in the evening. There is free evening parking on street if you’re able to snag a spot. It’s paid max 2hr parking during the day.

We loved our family getaway at Brian’s condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the covered jacuzzi was wonderful to watch the sunset from. The beach (and pier) is across the street, with a paved path perfect to take long walks. The place is tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with condiments, many dish and cook wares. The open kitchen/living/dining layout is ideal, we also really appreciated the spacious bedrooms and cute 2.5 bathrooms. An awesome place!

Wonderful hosts! So accommodating and kind and flexible! Only about 3 minute walk to the beach and so quiet and calm. Love it!

We had a great stay. There is a huge living room area and master bedroom, plenty of space for the family. Great value and Marina was very responsive on any questions or requests we had

This Beach House was a great location, central to a lot of shops, restaurants and activities, and very homy to come back to every day after adventures in Long Beach and Catalina Island. Modern appliances and comfortable interior made it a great place to stay. Just blocks from the beach I was able to walk to breakfast every morning and bring my skates down to the beach walk for evening sunsets. Great place and highly recommended staying here!

The condo is in a great location, dog friendly and looks exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness and it was pristine! We would absolutely stay again and check out one of their other rentals. Thanks for a great stay and the fun snack basket and wine upon arrival. Morgan

This rental was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us - situated close to the middle of the peninsula, making walking in either direction a reasonable walk distance-wise. This rental is much closer to both the beach, and the harbor, than you would think from the photos. The house is in pristine condition...it all seems brand new. Not a speck of dust to be found. The unit even smells like a new-build. There are NO odors in the house...no horrible sprays or anything like that. Just fresh. The linens were lovely (I wish I knew where the bed coverlet is from, I want it for home!), and the bed (split-King) and pillows were wonderful. My husband is a "problem sleeper", and he slept straight through every single night, waking up feeling like a new man! Despite the people upstairs being a little noisy, the house is truly a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back!

We decided to book this Airbnb for a family holiday for the second time. It was an excellent experience. The apartment has everything that you need for a comfortable stay longer than a week. Kate was an excellent, very friendly and proactive host.

We have visiting San Clemente every year for my wife's BDay for the last 5 year's and by Far this place called a Big fish Host by Desiree was awesome it meet beyond our expectations place was Awesome we definitely recommend it. Shannon also was extremely courteous, polit and she was always on top for evrething the we may need. thank you very much we had a wonderful Time!

Lovely stay. Pictures on the listing matched perfectly. The apartment was easy to find and Susana’s instructions made it very easy to get in. It was a very comfortable and cozy place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. We loved cozying up in the living room with the fireplace on. Great location, too. We enjoyed the outlets in San Clemente, the car show, and often visited San Juan Capistrano.

We can’t say enough positives about our stay at Shawn and Megan’s place in Huntington Beach. The house was immaculate and we immediately felt right at home. The location was about a half mile from the beach, was very quiet and peaceful, and perfect for our daily walks. There is so much to do in Orange County, and this is a perfect centralized location. I would highly recommend Shawn and Megan’s place.

We had a great stay! Chris and Jillian's house is beautiful and has a great location. It was amazing waking up to the ocean view every morning. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Plus they had lots of great beach toys for the kids to play with.

Perfect spot! Walk to beach, stores, restaurants! Very comfortable.
