Vacation rentals in Balboa Island

We had a wonderful stay at Robert's cottage. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and just down the street from the downtown area with all the restaurants and shops. Our favorite was The Taco Stand right at the corner. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We felt right at home. It's a great deal for the size and location, less than any hotel in the area. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were evacuated from our home due to the recent fires and needed a place to go to try to find some peace and normalcy. Drew understood our needs without me even having to tell him. He made things happen to allow us to check in earlier and waited for us to get to the house to ensure we had front row parking and had all our questions answered. He checked in from time to time during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was just what we needed. Steps from the beach with walkable restaurants. The time there helped get us back on our feet.

Lou's beach cottage could not have been more perfect. It was lovingly appointed and maintained. Spotless, a well equipped kitchen, books and games. Had everything you would need for a relaxing stay. It is right opposite the beach, literally across the road and so so much to walk to. Lou was a lovely, charming and thoughtful host. He was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to take care of us. I could not recommend this place more. ❤️❤️❤️

This is a great location! It is about 10 minutes from Disneyland and and really close to the beach and all kinds of other local attractions! The layout of the building is unique and very modern but cozy! Three stories with each story having a bedroom and bathroom with the second floor also having a very large kitchen and nice living room! The location is also right across the street from a great grocery store and many restaurants too! Hosts are very friendly and helpful and I would suggest this stay to anyone looking for a medium size Air Bnb for a much better than average deal!

Massoud is a great host! We had a pleasant stay at his place. It was spacious, tidy, clean, and have numerous amenities. We really appreciate the island kitchen layout. It is walkable to a park that has a playground. It is also located in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely hope to stay at Massoud place again!

Great accommodations, easy host to work with, and beautiful view. We barbecued multiple times a day on the front patio and watched boats and people. It's a bit pricier than we normally choose but it's in line with local rates for the quality of the house and location.

Little hidden gem by the beach. Really cute and comfortable. Has everything you need other than washer/dryer but nearby laundry spot. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying in one of the units at this location. Mike was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed to leave our luggage in the unit for extra time after checkout. The unit itself was clean, neat, and spacious. Great location!
