Irada's place is peaceful and surrounded with beautiful pomegranate and their family historical fig tree. our host was always responsive and very kind. She infact gave us fig jam that she made from the tree in the garden. The home was spotless and clean. It has all amenities we needed and was just perfect. we took morning walk at the Caspian sea which is walkable. Nearby restaurants are either sea breeze or Masaram plaza. Bolt was available though.

Cozy, small, greatly located place in an authentic building. Recommended!

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!
