We had a great experience staying at this farm house. Place was so peaceful and very clean. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Josuè and his wife are accommodating and very welcoming to their place. We had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, plus having breakfast at their beautiful patio was a big bonus. You can tell that they love their place and take good care of it: I just wish we would had stayed longer.

House used as a location on the way from Lake Atitlan to Biotoop de Quetzal. House is conveniently located on the route. House itself is very clean but basic. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. There is one bathroom with a look some makeshift shower, but it worked. The Google location is probably incorrect, but if you follow the description you will get there.

We had an amazing stay! The property is perfect for reconnecting with nature—beautiful, serene, and surrounded by incredible scenery. The river nearby was a highlight, providing such a peaceful atmosphere. Guillermo was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.
