The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

Great accommodation, well located and the location matches the images described. The space also has everyday essentials, which has helped us a lot. In addition, the Allan was extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times!

The atmosphere is passionate! Amazing, comfortable, calm, complete with many useful and new utensils, all organized and smelling. I felt difficult in the vicinity of the location, the streets are steep and tight (most only pass one car at a time), if you do not have experience with a manual car you will experience a lot of difficulty. In addition, we would either walk or give priority to restaurants and places that had their own parking lots, powders you can hardly find a place to park on the street, or you can choose to pay on average 40 R$ in private parking lots. This difficulty ended up limiting me to exploring a little more, but if your intention is to rest, the environment meets 100%!

Carlos is super attentive, always wondering if everything is okay. The RS barbecue helped me ignite the RS barbecue. It's a big house! It really is all very impeccable! Since the time of arrival, we were surprised by the privileged location, with easy access to everything we needed, and by the tranquility of the region. Very close to the beach with simple and quick access. The facilities are excellent and whenever I have a little time I will be back with my grandchildren to enjoy the beauty of the itacoatiara beach and then rest safely and comfortably.

By far one of the best experience I have had with Airbnb. John and charlotte are incredible. Easy to talk and super responsive. They went above and beyond to provide a good stay for me and my family. Their recommendations of activities around the city were amazing - some of them not displayed in most touristic hand books so thumbs up. The apartment has a clear view of the ocean which makes the experience inside sublime. The size of John’s unit is super generous and the 4 of us - for two days we were five - stayed very comfortably. I’m already planning on staying at John’s again - I go to Rio at least once a year. You can’t get better combination of host, location, and unit in the town. It was a very good stay, great home, with everything we needed. Mateo was buying things for us in the next market, always willing to help us. Levem repellent, a lot kills around what brings mosquitoes. A tranquillity, a perfect place to take children, we enjoyed the house a lot, it was raining the days we stayed, and the good that the house was too good and we enjoyed our class. I hope to go back and meet other beautiful places nearby.

Perfect location to paradise even better than the photos safe area and Ubers were easy to get would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a beach away from the hustle and bustle of other beaches.

The house is in a condominium that is extremely quiet. The location is fantastic facing the beach. We were with family and children and the condominium was perfect for it. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and were even invited to participate in a little party that they made for the children of the condominium. All very quiet! The house was spotless when we arrived. Everything very clean and neat. The coffee maker and sandwich maker were top! We love the details of the decoration with art, books in various languages, the wooden dolls... The only thing to improve would be the air conditioning of the double room without a balcony that is very noisy. The others were very quiet. On the next visit to Niterói, we will certainly return there. Thank you very much Nicaea and Livia!! We highly recommend the house!

The apartment is very comfortable close to absolutely all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach.. The air conditioners work perfect. To improve it, I would add cooking utensils as they are very basic what it has, but except that the rest is spotless. Good communication with Enzo and very flexible at check-in and check-out. The washing machine works perfect and was very helpful in the daily along with the tender. I would definitely be back!
