Booked this place for our guests attending a seminar here in Baguio. Booking: quick and easy, host was responsive. Was able to book the day before our guests will arrive. Place was ready for early check-in even though our guests had a late check-in. Check-in/Check-out: keypad lock made this process very convenient. Our guests had a comfortable and relaxing stay despite their busy schedule. Will definitely book again.

We arrived at the accommodation with high expectations, and we were not disappointed! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a great view. Overall, our stay was fun and great!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived—even though it was quite late—we immediately felt comfortable and at home. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. The space was incredibly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the things we appreciated most was the fully equipped kitchen. It had all the cookware and utensils we needed, which made cooking and enjoying meals together so easy and enjoyable. The pool was spacious, sparkling clean, and perfect for a refreshing dip. But what truly took our breath away was the beach—just stunning. Soft sand, clear waters, and such a peaceful vibe that we found ourselves wishing we had booked a few more days. This place had everything we were looking for and more. You can really feel the care that went into setting it up for guests. We had such a relaxing and memorable experience, and we’re already talking about coming back—hopefully for a longer stay next time. Thank you very much!

The place is very spacious, clean, interesting, well-decorated, well-landscaped, comfortable and functional. It has a rustic and homey charm. Yela/host, Marinie/manager and kuya/ate staff are very responsive, friendly and accomodating to my requests and queries. Their in-house breakfast is very good and must try the longganisang alaminos and daing na espada. My mom's 81st birthday celebration became more special and a memorable one becoz this place. Overall, me, my big family and relatives had a great stay here and loved it. Would highly recommend this place.

This place was absolutely five stars all the way. It felt like I was staying in a private hotel—right in front of the beach. From the moment we arrived, the caretakers were warm, helpful, and so easy to talk to. One thing that really stood out was having our own lifeguard on duty. It made us feel extra safe, especially since the beach was just steps away. The house itself was cozy yet luxurious—like a true home away from home. The Emma Sleep mattress was such a treat, and the hotel-quality beddings made it hard to leave the bed. They also provided basic toiletries, just like you’d expect in a hotel, plus a super helpful pamphlet that covered everything we needed to know during our stay. And honestly, the photos didn’t do the place justice. It was even more beautiful and peaceful in person. The area was quiet and serene—perfect for relaxing and recharging. We left feeling well-rested and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend!

such a beautiful place! my kids and I had a lovely time at Winston's home. Everything was as described and much more! The owner was very accommodating with our requests and made sure our stay was very comfortable. First time to stay in Pozorrubio and this airbnb just made sure that we will need to be back again soon. This is one of our faves now!

The place is definitely safe and private with an outdoor pool. The caretaker Benedict was indeed helpful. Clean sheets and towels (super thankful) with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Provided a hot and cold shower. The house is indeed recommendable for big groups. Provided with refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water, cooking utensils etc. Caterer knows the place well for our food deliveries. Recommendable caterers are Amano's Lechon (superb and delicious lechon belly), Kamarin Bay Grill and Restaurant and Biryani Station. The host is very responsive. and we Thank you for that. Kudos to you and your staff :)

The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We had such an amazing time at this villa! The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was the perfect spot to cool off and relax during the day. We also really enjoyed the videoke setup; it was such a hit, especially since almost everyone in our group loves to sing. It added so much fun to our evenings! The villa had everything we needed, and the host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’re already talking about coming back for another stay!

Beautiful beachfront home. It was a bit hard to find especially in the dark. They did placed signs up which helped a lot. Once you arrive at the property, it is in pristine condition with beautiful furniture and lots of amenities to entertain the kids and adults. The nipa hut outside is also a lovely addition and the look out beach hut was also a nice addition. Love the plants around the area too. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working well but Leah got help and service as soon as possible. With two kitchens one downstairs and one upstairs, three bathrooms and four separate toilets plus an outdoor shower for the pool and beach, it had enough for our group of 25 people. The karaoke machine and the billiards table definitely entertained the kids. I would recommend it to family and friends!

Great place to chill and unwind. Nothing fancy, but the place has everything you'll need for a quick getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and was and assisted us with gathering our stuff during check out. My only gripe about the place is the water. Not the hosts fault but I think it's the water supply itself, probably from a deep well which causes the "salty/rusty smell and color. This probably is what causes the fixings on the bathroom to rust and since it is near the beach will also cause other parts of the house to rust faster. I'd just suggest maybe have a water filtration system for the homes water supply. Everything else is good, we enjoyed our stay and will consider this place again for future trips.

Great place to stay in with the family. Even better once the beach access is finished. Security is awesome.

Perfect for big groups. Host and caretaker were highly responsive to our requests. Being near the beach is a huge win.
