Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has a sea view. There are terraces and balconies, so you can get some sun in the morning and evening. The villa has outdoor shelters, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with constant temperature of minimum 35 degrees. The villa has been completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa blah. 3 bedrooms, two toilets with blah. Bathtub. The villa is also close to the city centre and harbour. A car can be rented.

The Black Pearl The most magical view and nature surrounds the cottage. ✔️1 dune row in Hou with both lake and ocean view ✔️12 people / 5 rooms ✔️sauna, wilderness baths, and everything in appliances ✔️newly renovated in 2021 ✔️ close to cozy city The cottage is furnished with five bedrooms each with two sleeping places in all, but a family room with 4 beds. Bright nice kitchen with lots of cookware and everything in appliances. Large bathroom with shower and a nice sauna. Electricity and water are charged according to consumption.

Cozy summerhouse with great surroundings

The house appears bright and inviting, and is furnished with comfortable furniture and a cozy wood-burning stove. From the living room there is an exit to a nice south and west facing terrace with the possibility of having lovely barbecue evenings, as well as there is a terrace that is open to the east, where you can enjoy the morning sun and morning coffee. Newly built spa-sauna-summer house from 2020 of 140 m2, located in scenic and ungenerous surroundings in a nice and quiet holiday area. Lots of nice touches, great solutions, and great space for families 1500 m to the sea 130 m ² open patio area. No smoking, parties, and pets. There is no barbecue In case of violation of the prohibition, a fee of at least DKK 3,000 will be charged. Upon arrival, an amount of DKK 1,000 must be paid via Airbnb, Mobilepay or Pay Pal. The amount will be returned, for example, consumption.

Lovely spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood and with charger so the electric car can be recharged and there can be parked at the address, there are 4 good sleepingplaces, with dishwasher. Coffee maker. oven and stove and fridge. Toilet with shower. Bedroom with double bed. Living room with sofa that can be made into a double bed. Small terrace. 5 min walk to town and beach Bikes can be rented at the train station, Skagen is a lovely place to bike. From Ryttervej 33 it is 3 km to Grenen It's very quiet here.

Lovely cottage with the best location only 600 m from the wonderful beach. From the house, you have wonderful views of protected nature. There are plenty of possibilities for enjoying the lovely region, where you can hike, enjoy the sea at the vast white, sandy beaches, and explore one of the longest MBT tracks on your mountain bike, which runs close to the house. Large living and dining room and a new kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with room for 6. Firewood for the woodstove is included.
