We've hosted my friends and I for a summer trip and it's been great. It is a very comfortable house with beautiful views. Very tidy and clean, comfortable rooms. The area is ideal, close to the train station, the beach and the old town of Altea. Host Alex was polite and kind at all times. I definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

A great stay. Ika is always available and attentive. There were two of us and a small Dog The outdoor space is spacious. The house is next to the beach. Very clean, with all amenities and a walk from the village. We only miss a small gate on the garden fence, although there is no danger as the development is closed.

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marta’s Y Roberto’s. The apartment is spacious, comfy & cosy. All amenities that we needed were in the apartment & if you ever need to contact Marta/Roberto, they respond in record time. I’ve accidentally left a small bag at their apartment & they are kindly keeping it for me, until we return next time. The pictures you see & description of the apartment match what you get if you decide to stay here. I do recommend this apartment in lovely Albir & we’ll definitely be returning, so Gracias Marta Y Roberto for everything you’ve done for us whilst we stayed at your lovely apartment, can’t wait to stay again.

Salvador is a friendly and attentive host and we especially liked the place because of the location by the sea. The duplex apartment is as described - we had a lovely stay. Thank you very much.

A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

The villa was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing and the heated pool was wonderful. Great host!

First of all, I want to say that check-in went really smoothly. We were very warmly welcomed and the communication during the stay also went wonderfully. When a shutter had to be repaired, this was done right away. The pool is very nice - a little cold without pool heating in October - and is cleaned once a week. We were a total of 5 families, the house is a good size and it all had enough space. The kitchens were well equipped, everything was clean when we arrived. The upper apartment is really very nice, the lower one (where you are most of the time) would need a small renovation, especially the bathrooms. But that was ok too. The outdoor area is nice, there is plenty of seating, a large barbecue, billiards, table tennis ….. There are many great restaurants nearby, the beaches are easily accessible and there is plenty of shopping. All in all we had a very nice stay!

We had a great time at Gregoria's apartment. Very quiet with amenities and space suitable for us. Everything was very tidy and the apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, living room...). Also, she was always accessible for any questions or issues we might have (that there weren't). I would highly recommend their place to future guests.

The villa was amazing, with great views, a great pool, and all very private. It had everything we needed for a very relaxing few days. Fareen was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Casa Colari was a beautiful apartment, very clean, with a sunny private garden. There are several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, Aldi is very close by. We found a bus stop within 8 minute walk to get to the tram station which can take you to Benidorm. You can walk to La Fossa beach in about 10 minutes and to the marina in about 20 minutes, where you can take a boat trip. We wanted to climb the ifach rock but you MUST book it first, you will not be allowed without an appointment it’s free but just for numbers as they only allow 300 people a day. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lorraine left a welcome pack which was much appreciated. We were met by friendly staff who let us in and showed us around and gave us the Wi-Fi code. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home and very safe. The beds were extremely comfy so much so we want to buy the same toppers!!

It was wonderful, as soon as we arrived we were delighted with the house, very quiet and welcoming area with very good attention from the hosts. If you want to have a good family time it's the ideal place.

The house is in a residential area, of villas, very quiet and very nice and tidy. The property has a driveway access with parking, very comfortable. As described, the first floor is inhabited, but the person present, extremely discreet, we never perceive it. View only on arrival and departure. You access the spaces provided by a reserved gate and you reach the beautiful outdoor space with swimming pool, kitchenette, barbecue area and table with chairs and sofas. What can I say: wonderful! The spaces are very comfortable, 3 bedrooms of very good size, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living room and equipped kitchen. Truly a beautiful solution! Congratulations to Lena on the house and her availability and kindness!

Here, the overall package has far exceeded our expectations. Johan is a fantastic host. He is always available for help and advice if you have any questions. His sympathetic manner and helpfulness are absolutely exemplary. The house is a real feel-good oasis! Everything is very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Not only the pool is a highlight, but also the many different retreat areas where you can relax. The kilometer-long, very beautiful beach is only a few minutes from the house. Here we took extensive walks. Conclusion: A house where we have been raving. We don't know anything to improve!
