Vacation rentals with a patio in Bad Sooden-Allendorf

The apartment is nicely located and quiet, with a great balcony and a very nice bathroom. A small creek flows through the neighborhood, and the baker for a delicious breakfast is right around the corner. The university's north campus is in walking distance. The apartment was in perfect condition – I would stay here again anytime!

We spent the turn of the year 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great to see Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate is also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below us was very disruptive (maybe it was on the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. One plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

Stefanie and Dominic’s Airbnb was amazing! They were really responsive and a huge help. Felt right at home. Also really thought the hand written personalized note is a huge thing. Something visitors love to see that shows the host actually cares. Thank you guys!

A beautiful and charming property, located on the very edge of a small village. This was the ideal place to spend Christmas with our two dogs. Spacious, but cosy, and wonderfully peaceful. The location is perfect for exploring the countryside, with many interesting trails to run or hike. We also enjoyed feeding the friendly resident pig. ☺️ Photos do not do this place justice. Would love to visit again!

We spent a wonderful Christmas week in Herzberg am Harz. The house is nice and spacious with a large living room, kitchen and three large bedrooms. A nice place to relax. There was plenty to prepare a nice Christmas dinner. And we did a winter bbq. Pros were also the shower with extremely hard jet and not to forget the football table! The house is on the edge of the Harz. By car, we made beautiful trips. A 20-minute drive turned out to be a lot of snow. It's a beautiful area.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was there or more. Very good amenities. With the large bed the mattress was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed as the mattress was very hard. The description for television and wifi was easy to understand. It raked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to clarify it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment for "coming down" ideal. The four-legged friends have also been taken care of very well. This place is highly recommended. Note 1+

We stayed in a women's group to relax and get down for a weekend in Kathrin and Juliet's beautiful house. We especially liked the homely and cozy atmosphere. It was still a little chilly in the house the first evening, but with fireplace and wool blankets, which were also available, we were still able to enjoy our time wonderfully. Kathrin proactively asked if we needed anything and went out of her way to give us a wonderful time. We stayed in beautiful Göttingen and then relaxed in the sauna in the evening. Everything ample, which was described and everything in great shape. Had a great time! Thank you two!

Roswitha has responded flexibly and spontaneously to requests from us. She was always friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very large, spacious and corresponded to the pictures.

The cottage was extremely child friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the cottage!

The place is really great. It was easy to find and the check in worked great. The apartment is equipped for all occasions and needs and you feel right at home. It was also ideal for the dogs that you could go directly into the garden from the kitchen. All in all, a recommended apartment. We will be happy to come back.

There were two of us with a dog in the beautiful place. Names Nana also welcomed us in a friendly way next door. (A super cute little dog) Both properties were fenced, so great for dogs. The house was spacious and cozy, but also tidy and practical. The view is fantastic and the nature around it invites you to take a walk. Everything is great. We'd love to come back!

We’ve had a great time at Ludwig‘s place and gladly recommend it to anybody seeking to visit Eisenach.

All passed good. Nothing was missed. All are in accordance with apartment description and previous reviews. Can just add: very spacious apartment with ideal silence , you do not hear any noise from the neighbours or from the street and you can sleep on very comfortable beds in ideal silence. The house itself is a new one with very thick walls and it makes apartment very very worm inside. Usually, these types of the house are not available for renting. All clear, with good new furniture and without any unnecessary details. Easier checking in and out with mini safe No remarks. Definitely recommended for renting !
