Family-friendly apartment with south-facing terrace on our Sonnenpferde Hof

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our sun horse farm in a secluded location in the Lippish mountains. It consists of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 x 2m and children's travel bed) living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 sleeping places and a baby bed available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visitor dogs are welcome. Horseback riding lessons for children possible.

My property is right in the centre of Höxter's historic centre. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, only about 500 meters from the apartment.
