In this apartment, we immediately felt like in a home and not like a holiday apartment, because everything is so lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. The view is breathtaking, we have been able to observe many different animals and there is nothing missing in the apartment itself. In addition, this is the first apartment where the knives are not blunt. 😄 Everything is perfectly well maintained, clean and tidy. Friedhelm personally gave us a lot of tips for the area and there was also a very well prepared info folder. You can tell in every corner of the apartment, the garden and also in Friedhelm's behavior that he loves to be a host. We couldn't have had a better stay. Thank you!

Staying at Christa’s place was really nice. She was really responsive and the place was extremely clean. We only stayed for one night, but this place would also be perfect to stay for longer, because it’s really private. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Jeannine is a very friendly, helpful host and allowed me to check in 2.5 hours earlier. The apartment is located in a very quiet street and you can easily walk through the nearby forests.

The property is on a dead end alley in the neighborhood of Moselle and on the track (not bothered by). From the kitchen you overlook the courtyard, but you can't sit outside yourself. Apartment inside is fine. Clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. We spent one night there in March while passing through. Koblenz itself is a wonderful city to visit once.

Stayed at Steffi‘s place for a second time since I wanted to visit some friends in the area. The apartment is comfortable and I had the best sleep ever. Probably due to the quite surroundings and comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very good.

If you're 1-2 people and looking for a base to do some cycling along the Rhein and / or Mosel, Patricia's place is great. The cycling trail is only about 100m away and it's easy to follow that to Koblenz and beyond. I had a great stay and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Very pleasant long-term stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Perfect public transport connections. Despite its direct location on the main road, very quiet. Every two weeks there is a very thorough cleaning of the apartment including bed linen and towel change. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a few days. The appartment was nice and clean. It had all the essentials we needed and the bed was comfortable! The appartment was in walking distance to the Rhine and within short driving distance of nature and the old city. Would recommend.

I stayed for one month because I was working nearby. The location is amazing. The view over the Rhein and the castles is astonishing. The house was clean, the owner contacted me before and gave me detailed information about accessing the place. The house has no washing machine but Mr Rainer offered me some solutions. Full equipped kitchen and a very clean bathroom. I will visit again for sure.

I was traveling with my mother. The place was easy to find. Parking right outside the door. The apartment is very good and conveniently furnished. We felt very comfortable. There is a lot to do. Highly recommended and for me a must are a nostalgia boat trip on the Rhine and a hike on the Langhalsweg. 😀 We will be back. Thanks, thanks, thanks

We felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. We arrived by car and were able to do a lot in the area. We arrived later than the specified check-in time, which was no problem at all. The apartment was ideal for the four of us adults, nicely decorated and also very clean. We used the common room with darts, billiards, foosball and table tennis well. The hot tub and fitness equipment in the apartment were also used! We were also able to use a washing machine upon request. The nearest shopping (Lidl) was about 12 minutes by car. Our excursion destinations were Eltz Castle, Geierlay Bridge, Moselschleife in Bremm with Volcanic Eifeltherm (about 40 min away) and Laacher See. The hosts Susanne and Andreas were very friendly and helpful and always easily accessible during the stay. Thank you for everything! :-)
