Super nice hosts and very nice apartment. If you're looking for a quiet but central place to stay in Neuwied, this is the place to be.

My husband and I stayed at Christa's place for one night and we immediately felt totally welcome. Christa welcomed us warmly, the apartment was warm and little touches everywhere. There was nothing missing. We had a pleasant, quiet night and the location invites you to diverse hiking tours. I would love to come back again!!! Frank and Melanie from Olpe.

I booked very spontaneously and everything was perfect on arrival. The toothpaste was a lifesaver as I had forgotten my own. Great place to walk into town and also go for a run or hike in the hills. I’ll definitely book again.

The flat is very good.

If you're 1-2 people and looking for a base to do some cycling along the Rhein and / or Mosel, Patricia's place is great. The cycling trail is only about 100m away and it's easy to follow that to Koblenz and beyond. I had a great stay and it was exactly what I was looking for.

I stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed the tranquility . Everything was very tidy and in good condition . I will definitely recommend this, ideal for someone alone. Thanks Anja

The communication with Werner was great! The apartment was cozy, nicely decorated and super clean. The parking right in front of the house was extremely convenient and Pfaffendorf is a nice quiet neighborhood. Around a great stay. I'd love to come back.

I stayed for one month because I was working nearby. The location is amazing. The view over the Rhein and the castles is astonishing. The house was clean, the owner contacted me before and gave me detailed information about accessing the place. The house has no washing machine but Mr Rainer offered me some solutions. Full equipped kitchen and a very clean bathroom. I will visit again for sure.

I'm Earl with my mom. The place was easy to find. Parking right outside of the door. The apartment is very well and appropriately furnished. We felt very comfortable. There is a lot to do. The apartment was beautiful and decorated with a lot of love for detail. The charming old building with its half-timbered structure exudes a welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the property is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 10 minutes walk from the old town – perfect for a relaxing stay!

We stayed with Sandro for an extended weekend and were able to relax wonderfully from everyday stress. The accommodation is nicely furnished and equipped with some highlights (e.g. projector, hot tub, sauna, massage lounger, games console), so you can relax and unwind there. Unfortunately, we were unlucky that we had a total power outage throughout the street on a Sunday and suddenly everything was off. But Sandro and also his manager Vanessa were super quick to reach us and the colleague was with us within 20 minutes. And on a SUNDAY! We are absolutely delighted with how helpful and accommodating all have been to us. That's really not self-evident! :) The surroundings of the apartment are very quiet and yet central, within 10 minutes we were in the old town of Koblenz on foot. We enjoyed our stay so much at Sandro's place that we will come again. :)

Our staff loved the apartment they spent 4 days in. The modern, cozy atmosphere of the apartment as well as cleanliness, order and plenty of space are its advantages. Thank you for the comfort offered.

Perfect stay! Only the whirlpool need a little fresh / clean up. Still: it was very clean, central and very friendly customer service! Definitely coming again

We had a wonderful week with our family. House Spirit is very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The surroundings are very quiet, we loved it. Amenities and excursions are a little further away but easily accessible. Only tip is to clearly indicate in advance that the sauna costs extra money.

The place was a dream! Everything matched the description, looked exactly like the photos, and was sparkling clean – from the kitchen to the bathroom. You immediately felt comfortable, and the quiet location was just perfect for relaxing. Dominik and Dina were great hosts – super friendly, always reachable and accommodating. Already during our stay we thought about next time we would come back. A clear recommendation! 🙂
