Condo vacation rentals in Bacolod

Very nice location.The host is so responsive and accommodating. Nice place.The gym and pool amenities were a plus.

The place was great. Walkable to the Lagoon, Ayala mall, Lacson street (which has a lot of great restaurants), and just close to everything. The place is also clean, has a hot and cold shower, fast wifi, and a kitchen if you're planning to cook a small meal. The host was also very responsive and friendly.

Excellent view and location. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazing. The place is located in a busy area but it's low-key. The pool area is not designed for large gatherings but there is a large open area adjacent to the pool that is perfect for that. You probably need approval from management, but they seem like they would say yes to most reasonable request (8 people or less). Lastly, I would rather stay here than the nearby Seda Hotel. Same area; just a different price.

The place is world-class with lots of things in the kitchen and bathroom that are available and well thought-out. Super clean, comfortable and well-made. Very accessible to a mall nearby and restaurants in the area. I would like to come back and use it again next time. Good job Evelyn!

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. Thank you

The host was very responsive and friendly. Arrived late (early morning) but still we were accommodated and welcomed. Place was peaceful and quiet but near the city center (10min drive). Walking distnace to Supermarket, laundry and eateries. Excellent stay in Bacolod!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The common areas are lovely, creating a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy. The host was always helpful and quick to resolve any questions or needs, making the experience even better. I will definitely come back for sure. Highly recommended!

Great place, great host. This unit is larger than most units in the Bacolod area, and it is worth every peso for the extra space. Bathroom and kitchen come stocked with supplies and there is drinking water in the unit. Great location right across from Ayala mall with a 7/11 right outside of the condo. Al is a great host that responds quickly and ensures great customer service. Very accommodating. Will stay again next time I am in Bacolod. Highly recommend.

Ames place is very considerately put together with many little touches that makes it a very nice place to stay. notably, the AC works really well, the TV is really large, has all the latest apps and works really fast, there's also an air fryer in the kitchen so it makes it really easy to cook so you don't have to always eat out. it's located in a building that is right across the street from a really great mall where you have access to all you're going to need when you're staying in bacolod. The building itself is also staffed with very helpful and considerate employees, they even offer you free umbrellas when it's raining and will help get you anywhere you need to in the city. city. I also really enjoy taking the trikes that are parked across the street and you can pretty much go anywhere you want for 20 to 30 pesos. the house is also always available for us. we needed them once and they showed up and the resolve their problems our way. anyway, great spot highly recommend it.
