Vacation rentals with beach access in Bacalar Municipality

This place is amazing, it has everything you need like literally, she had 6 towels , drinks and coffee. Everything was clean and organized. Rooftop pool too. The host was amazing and nice, i forgot my sunglasses when i checked out and she managed to find someone to drop them off at the airport. The place is huge too

Great place to stay, right across the malecon from the beach. Staff was great and friendly, very accommodating. Watch out for Dave. The apartment could use some kitchen supplies, cups etc. It’s on the second floor and the steps are difficult. We had a wonderful 10 day stay and will be back. Mahahual is a beautiful small town on a beautiful beach with great food and warm, friendly residents!

We had a great time in this place. We rested very well and the hosts were always attentive to us; they welcomed us and answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. If we go back to Mahahual, we'll definitely be back here!!

Great place to stay! Hosts were responsive and friendly! The dock and kayaks were a great amenity.

King size bed! Great use of the available space. Quiet area even though it is right on the beach, with restaurants and bars very close by. Julieta and Martin made sure that we had very fast internet service, great for a longer stay. Any problems were quickly resolved.

The accommodation is a little outside the center and therefore very quiet. The hosts were very nice and always available. The whole complex is beautifully colored, furnished with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again at any time.

Peaceful and relaxing place. Each bedroom was a mini-studio: private bathroom, mini-fridge, electric kettle/coffee maker, desk, & patio kitchenette. Friendly & responsive host.

This is the perfect house for a large group. My party of 10 adults loved the house and the location. The pictures don’t do it justice. We especially appreciated the outdoor kitchen and the use of the Beach Club next door. Our host Luis was very responsive to all my questions. Checking in was a breeze! Pablo the onsite maintenance guy was great. He helped us with so much during our stay and he does a great job maintaining the house and the beach club. Thank you so much Pablo! Our overall experience was amazing and 100 percent recommend staying at this property!

If you want to live an extraordinary experience, away from tourists and with a spectacular view, this is the right place! The lagoon is beautiful, the facilities are comfortable, to enjoy the outdoors! The kitchen is full enough for cooking and drinking water is provided. A caretaker is present 24 hours and always ready to help you. Special mention to Fili, who lit us a charcoal BBQ at 42 degrees Celsius!!! Our hosts are very responsive and quick. Provide traffic jams for sleeping, as the road is busy and the birds sing very early in the morning. It's a real paradise!

Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Very secure and safe. Met many nice people and our dog also made new friends!

I had an amazing stay at Casa Los Abuelos in Bacalar! The view of the lagoon is absolutely stunning waking up to those vibrant shades of blue was pure magic. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and all the amenities were great everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only minor inconvenience was the WiFi, which was a bit spotty during our visit, but that was due to the weather and didn’t take away from the experience at all. If you’re looking for a serene escape with breathtaking views and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. Would definitely come back!

We had a very nice time and a lot of enjoyment with our little one. After spending the morning at the beach; it was very relaxing to get to Meredith's house (Our house for a few days) and rest spending time with my husband at the pool. Jorge and his wife; Meredith's neighbors were very kind. We hope to return soon. Thank you 😊

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Teresa’s home! Check in was flexible as we were delayed in Tulum. Teresa’s instructions were always super clear and so we didn’t have any issue finding the house at sunset, also there is a hotel next door with a restaurant in case you miss the supermarket! The house is about 10 minutes away from Bacalar town, it has a perfect view of the lagoon and everything you can need inside. The lagoon is super private as most boat trips are over on the other side of the town also. We absolutely loved being there and surrounded by nature, I would very much recommend the house!

Very comfortable, good wifi, soft sheets and great communication. We let us check in early. Being away from everything can be difficult to get taxi to go to the malecón, but they solve it by asking for the phone of one of the taxi drivers.
