Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Babergh District

Me and my partner stayed here for one night to celebrate his birthday and we had a lovely time! The studio was a great size to accommodate us both. We ate at the restaurant/bar/pub adjoined to it and had great food and service there too. They helped us with the checking in and turning on the heating - everything was sorted instantly for us. A lovely place for a weekend get away and would definitely recommend as well as return! :)

Really lovely spot. Travelled to visit Colchester and Dedham Vale. Penny and her husband made my dad and I feel at home in this pretty corner of Essex as we stayed in their open plan barn (lower floor). We were greeted upon arrival despite hold-ups meaning we arrived late and Penny showed us round. Their estate has a beautiful walk around which we made the most of and Penny recommended a number of spots to visit - we enjoyed a walk in a nearby wood. The room was light and comfortable, both beds were more than adequate and I enjoyed the ensemble of paintings and ornaments on display - it felt like a little home for a few days. Would recommend to a friend.

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We had a lovely stay at the townhouse which was spacious, very close to walk to shops and town centre and overall we enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Just come back from a family breal at Angie's, we all enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Would 100% recommend to others and would love to visit again

Very comfortable, well equipped caravan. Travel cot easy to put in largest bedroom. Good amenities, bonus of small bath ideal for babies. Lovely decking area which catches the sun and clear easy instructions for access. Will be booking again!

Gorgeous property, exactly matching the description & photos. Super cosy with fantastic mid century features and furniture which we loved! The attention to detail was incredible, and was greatly appreciated. Everything was absolutely spotless, and there were lots of spare towels & duvets etc just in case. This was our first experience of Air B&B and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction! Huge Congrats Paul on creating such a fabulous, welcoming place for people to stay.

We had a great stay at Wash Farmhouse. The space was great and exactly what we needed. The house was clean and really nicely finished. Instructions and amenities were well explained and overall we had a really lovely time. Well worth booking and going too.

Extremely well appointed and equipped cottage; very helpful and friendly owners. Secure garden for dogs and a field at the back for walks-cottage is well back from the road, so very quiet. Excellent communication from owners. We have stayed at many holiday cottages and this was almost certainly the best. Very comfortable and no negative issues at all. Highly recommended.
