The place is in perfect condition, easy to get to and offers all the amenities they detail, you don't need to go by car because the tram passes below the apartment. Super relaxed place, except for some pigeons that we didn't know where they were, there were no noises or annoyances, the apartment gives you all the amenities it describes and they also help you with a reliable taxi. In short, a better stay than expected. I would stay again without a problem.

This is a very quiet place, Doña Katy is very attentive and was always trying to solve any need. The rooms are very nice and have everything you need to have a pleasant time. We will be back..!!

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

Very good place, super comfortable and complete. We felt right at home, the quiet neighborhood and the park in front of the house was great for the kids.

This was one of the BEST places we’ve ever stayed in. My family and I absolutely enjoyed it—we celebrated Christmas there and the place was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms, the dining room, the living rooms, the playroom, the patio, and every single space in the house was spotless. We cannot say enough how awesome our stay was—thanks to Paulette for being an awesome and very responsive host.

An excellent experience! The bed was amazingly comfortable, perfect for resting. The place was spotless and well-equipped. Edgar, the manager, was very helpful and always willing to help. I would definitely go back. 100% recommended!

the apartment was exactly as listed. pristine and all amenities mentioned. its walkable and most attractions are within a 15 min walk (some uphill and steps involved) but dont fret. most cab rides from this location are $2.50 dollars at most. very well located. amazing and responsive host. Definitely recommended ☆☆☆☆☆
