Terracos da Serra villa is just an hour from Lisbon Airport and 40 minutes from Peniche, nestled on a hillside within a family fruit farm. It offers stunning views of pine-covered hills on one side and a valley filled with fruit farms and vineyards on the other. Ricardo gave us a warm welcome, sharing local recommendations and details about the villa. Upon arrival, we enjoyed local delicacies, wine, and fresh fruit from the farm. The villa is modern and tranquil, featuring an outdoor BBQ, lounge area, and a private rooftop pool with sun loungers. Inside, it’s thoughtfully decorated with all essentials: two shower rooms, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, TV with Portuguese and English channels, and strong WiFi. Ricardo’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning to Portugal!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Although we booked very spontaneously on the evening of our arrival, everything was perfectly prepared. The very quietly located, huge property has a wonderful park-like garden with mature trees and a beautiful infinity pool with great views. The accommodation is a mobile home with its own driveway, far away from the main building, so you can enjoy complete privacy. It is well equipped with everything you need. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Kind of the stick b it we knew that already before going there. Roughly 40 minutes from Lisbon. Nice stay with friends or family and a great spot to relax. Local shops and cafe and also a river to swim nearby or lol at views. Property is convenient with private parking. Careful on the stairs. Can actually fit 3 people in one room and a double in an another room. Calm and peaceful area so very secure also. Would definitely book again.

Everything was perfect. We were staying five nights with our three year old son and we felt at home, he also enjoyed a lot of the company of the animals: dogs, cats, horses and chickens. Åse and Lars were very kind and were attentive to our needs at all times. The accommodation is very well located, surrounded by nature, but close enough to some beaches and places of interest such as Alcobaça, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha... An unforgettable experience that we would like to repeat.

Great stay. Place matches the photos and the description. Quite clean. Host is friendly and very responsive. The area is private and upscale. Only downside is that Obidos is a 5-7 min drive from the place, and walking is not convenient (>40 min). However, if you’re looking for a good Airbnb near Obidos and have a car, this place is perfect!

This is a really stunning Airbnb. I was relaxed the minute we walked in. It was so beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail. It looks even better than on the photos. The garden and pool area are wonderful and it’s a very quiet neighbourhood. Perfect place to relax!! The checkin and checkout was very flexible which helped our schedule a lot! We loved everything about our stay!

An incredible week spent at Linda & John’s beautiful apartment with our baby. We couldn’t fault the accommodation or the hosts - who were always so helpful, friendly and kind. The apartment is spacious, airy and well equipped for everything you might need - including a travel cot, baby chair and beach toys. They have a done a lovely job of decorating the place very tastefully with beautiful furniture and artwork. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen/living area is perfect for relaxing in. We loved the use of the heated pool on cooler mornings and the patio for sunnier days. We are already looking to get our next stay here booked in!! Thank you!
