Place was exactly what was shown! Minus a blip trying to find the house it was great! Jody was very responsive and helped us to find it quickly.

It was a pleasure to stay at this location. It was a beautiful location and peaceful overlooking the lake. The house was updated with new furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment as well as updated remodeling. The hosts was flexible with our check in which was very helpful. I would be happy to return for a longer stay.

Nice, quaint place. Perfect value for the price point. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to and on a cul-de-sac street. Pam was very responsive.

Melissa's place suited our needs perfectly. Everything we needed was provided. The location was awesome & accommodations were relaxing.

The place was up to my standards. Very clean, comfortable, water pressure was great, we never ran out of hot water. Edward was a super host and next time we come to Lakeland we would look forward to stay in this place again. It is close to downtown and it has many places near by to eat and shop.

the only negative thing I have is , there was one wash cloth for 2 bathrooms and three people. Need at least enough for one night for all guest, guest can then wash and reuse. Used sponge in kitchen to wash dishes. Need new/ clean one per new renters. That would be like using a dirty dish rag someone else used, to wash dishes for new guest. Other than that, the place is perfect. Clean, well furnished. Very nice neighborhood.

This home accommodated me and my family of 6 perfectly. One of the beds was a bit high for my elderly parents so Brittney rushed to bring us a step stool which solved our problem and that was a wonderful gesture of hospitality. Also I really wanted coffee when I got home and really appreciated a coffee machine with cream and sugar! Overall we had a comfortable stay and have nothing negative to say about this home. I recommend it!

The house is located in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Very clean and everything new. 10 min from Legoland. I’ll probably come back.

Wonderful location for a single or couple traveling in that area. Great space with all the home amenities you could need. It was spotless and clutter free. Loved walking out to the lake view. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Stayed at Kevins place for 4 nights whilst on a business trip with a colleague. The place was clean tidy with plenty of room and two nice size bedrooms with en suite in a quiet area close to shops. I would recommend Kevins apartment and would look to stay there again when back in the area.

We had a wedding at a nearby venue. This offered a great value compared to the available hotels. We did not use the amenities, so can’t opine on them, but the accommodations were exactly as described. I suspect the amenities would be as well. Beds were comfortable, sheets were great, and everything was clean and immaculate inside. Zero complaints!

Trevor was an awesome host! I reached out to him with some questions and he responded immediately. He also gave clear instructions on what was to be done and expected. His place was very clean and tidy. We loved the view from the balcony. There were some very nice sunsets. It is practically right in downtown and very walkable. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re going to be traveling to Sebring or the surrounding areas.

John and Lori are amazing hosts. Very courteous and responsive. Accommodating and hospitable. You can tell from their attention to details that they take pride and care for their home and the subsequent guests. I can only praise them as hosts. I was in Mulberry for a golf trip with a friend. The location is convenient with grocery and food near by. •The only thing that I can critique was the little inconvenience we felt because that only bathroom for the whole unit is in the primary bedroom. To use the bathroom, one must enter the primary bedroom, while someone is asleep or awake. Adjusting to the privacy thing took some time to get used to. We ended up leaving the primary bedroom door open at all times and the bathroom was available as needed. The person in the room accepted it and the person using the bathroom aimed to be courteous with being quiet during late hours

Halina's condo was exactly as described and pictured on the Airbnb website. Her ground floor garden villa was located on a golf course in Sun 'n Lake in Sebring. The condo was located in a safe and very walk-able area on the golf course with the clubhouse less than a block away. The accommodations provided all the conveniences of home and were very clean upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with full flow shower head was great. The large flat screen TV and Wifi worked great, too. Communications with Halina were excellent. Everything worked out well during my week long stay and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to the area. I would highly recommend Halina's villa condo.
