My experience with his Sidnei was very good,he let me and my family in the day before and leave at the best time for me,as we got before we cleaned the place, the people who were there before us were not very hygienic, but it didn't get in the way because we cleaned up,I found the excellent location, calm place and close to the beach,just a hint bring a vebtilator,because the fans that have there do not carry the value, it ends up being very difficult to sleep , it is the only negative of the place, in the rest only good things!!!

The apartment is a grace, super clean, smelling (smell of clean and well-kept house). It has everything we need to have a great stay. In the surroundings there is a market, bars, post, pharmacy and many shops, although the street of the building is very quiet. We very much like the accommodation, location and infrastructure. The apartment is super complete, check in was easy, and the host quickly responded to all our requests. The doormen are very friendly too. We very much like the stay, although it is short.

We were staying during Carnival and we had a very positive experience overall. The location is great, close to the sea, with great restaurants nearby and next to the Borelli ice cream shop. The included cleaning service was a great differential, as was the presence of the sauna. However, we noticed that the external structure was under renovation, which slightly impacted the appearance of the site. In addition, the apartment lights need maintenance as all – including those in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom – are in trouble. The water filter also needs to be changed, as the indicative light is on. On the other hand, the air conditioners are modern and functioned perfectly. In relation to mattresses, those available for those who sleep on the floor are uncomfortable and old. mr. Fernando is cordial and attentive mto. Mr. Joilson and Rafael (janitors) are mto helpful. The beach is near mto, easy access and we will be back for sure.

The apartment with very comfortable ample space, very friendly and polite reception staff, very good pity the beach is not fit for bathing, but nearby there are many beautiful beaches a true paradise and the owner was very attentive and flexible with the check-in and check-out always responded quickly.

We were me, my son, fiancé and we love! A “setback” occurred for the good and Maria was super flexible with the time of entry. Upon arriving he gave us videos (super explanatory) of how to check in and how to locate us inside the condominium. Then he went to receive us and it was super solicitation and there were some candies and snacks greeting us. Apê Clean, cozy and close to supermarkets, bakery and the beach too (one line). Lilian was kind, she gave all the information clearly, immovable, organized, I didn't miss anything. Near the market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Very quiet street, quiet and safe condominium. I definitely recommend it and will be back.

the AP is close to everything, as we get rain every day, it was easy to do other things nearby. Large space, easy to get to, matches the listing. We took our dogs and it went, all comfortable and well accommodated. Cyane always helpful, responded quickly to messages.

The Andressa space is great! The village meets all the needs to stay with family with peace of mind. Super clean apartment, good bed linens and bathrooms. Great shower, bed, and well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, and the condominium has many leisure options. We'll definitely be back again!
