Vacation rentals with a sauna in Avery County

We had the best time and loved our view of the slopes from the porch! The pool and hot tub area was so nice and everyone was so friendly. Our son had a great time. It was a very kid friendly environment. Sherrie was an awesome communicator and very sweet. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to Beech Mountain Resort and convenient to restaurants and other things to do in the area.

The apartment location is super convenient since it is literally 5 minutes from the Ski resort areas, which is the main attraction during winter time, couple of local restaurants and ski rent stores. It is a very cozy place and the hosts were very communicative, keept us up to date on the weather conditions (a big thing if you don't have the proper vehicle for the area).

Michelle’s place was perfect for our group to stay in after a day of skiing! It was so cozy and a perfect mountain weekend getaway. Her place is conveniently located close to the ski resort and restaurants in Beech Mountain. We will definitely be back for our next Beech Mountain trip!

Great location for our quick stay to ski at beech mountain.

The condo was the perfect base for our family's weekend in the mountains. It's is walking distance to the sledding hill, in the next building to the pool/hot tub, and there's a smaller hill for sledding right outside. Do take the instructions about snow chains seriously; the last half mile of the drive was very icy when we were there.

Jim’s place was the perfect place to stay for a ski weekend at Beech Mountain. The condo was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 3. We also loved being so close to the pool area. Jim was super responsive when we checked in and had some last minute questions. We loved our stay!

Great place! Very clean and as described. 2 things wish I knew when booking: Tire chains and/or All Wheel Drive are a requirement. Sugar Top Resort was windy during our stay, which means you can hear all sorts of air vents banging from the fireplace. This was incredibly annoying at night, and would keep a light sleeper awake. We talked to other guests in the elevator about this and it seems an issue for the whole resort.

Francine’s place was exactly as described and right next to the clubhouse with pool/hot tub/sauna. We could go from the snow to our room to the hot tub in moments! Perfect for a delightful winter weekend!

We had the best time at Scott’s place at Sugar. The condo is great and the location is incredible. We loved being able to walk to the top of Oma’s and ski down! And then walk across to the hot tub after a day of skiing. Great views too!

This is a great condo! We have stayed in several and this one has been the best. The convenience to the slopes is amazing. The condo was cozy, clean, well-decorated and stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was exactly what was shown in the photos. The view was beautiful and there was easy access to the ski slope. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed using the hot tub in the clubhouse!

When we walked into the condo, l said “this place is better than I expected”. Jody’s place is very clean and cozy with breathtaking view of the slopes and mountains. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Kitchen is fully stocked (has olive oil, salt, and paper). Showers do not have toiletries. Please pack your own.

Michelle was very responsive and accommodating. She was quick to resolve any problems and very generous. The condo is exactly as advertised. You are in the heart of Sugar Mountain. Incredible views. She is not kidding when she says you need 4 Wheel Drive to get up there in the snow. Don't mess around with that. The staff at the condo are very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is very warm. The kids had a blast. It was awesome to watch the snowstorm swirling outside as we swam. Thanks, Michelle, for the great stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay near the slopes!! This was the perfect house for us and our 4 legged friend, we will absolutely be looking to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Beech Retreat!! It was located very close to the ski resort (2-3 min drive), the surrounding mountain areas were beautiful, and the home itself was very cozy and well furnished. We loved using the hot tub, cozying up near the fireplaces, and waking up to deers at the front door :). Next time we make a trip to Beech Mtn, we would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this Airbnb for MLK weekend and it was absolutely amazing! It was so easy to check in and the space itself was incredible. I would stay here again easily. Also, this is the first time I’ve had an Airbnb owner call me a week before the trip to introduce herself and talk through any questions I may have had - she was super attentive through our whole stay and you can tell she cared. Loved the experience :)

This is one of the best AirBnbs that we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. It has EVERYTHING you could need in the kitchen, and I appreciate the little things like dishwasher and laundry pods. The beds were so comfortable and there were tons of extra blankets, sheets, pillow, etc. The condo is spacious and was very clean. I also genuinely appreciate a simple checkout procedure. The host was exactly as communicative as you’d want, and always available when I had a question. On top of that the staff from the guys at the gatehouse, to the shuttle driver, and front desk staff could not have been more amazing - just kind, thorough, genuine southern hospitality. We would highly recommend!

Enjoyed the location of the condo. Great amenities (unexpected sleds and gear for the snow)! Will definitely stay again when we head back to Beech Mtn!

We had an amazing time at John’s ski in ski out atop of Oma’s way. Night boarding was super fun and when we were tired we simple rode the lift back and made some food and crashed in his comfy condo. Over all a great way to spend the week. I’ll be back next year.

The house is just as advertised. 2 families stayed very comfortably. The house was very clean with attention to detail in decorating. The owner was very responsive. Spectacular views. The hot tub and sauna were enjoyed. Thank you for a nice stay!
