Vacation rentals in Avalon

The place is absolutely beautiful, the view is amazing, everything was really nice but the first night we were staying the power went off. Since we didn’t have power we couldn’t use the WiFi to contact Ami (there’s no signal in the area) so we spent the whole night without power but the next day once we were in town we called Ami and the power problem was solved when we went back! Also thank you for letting us check out a little bit late ☺️☺️

We'd stay at Trevor's place again in a heartbeat! The views are absolutely incredible. The unit is super nice—way better than the photos. It's very clean and nice with ocean views out every window (and from both beds!). Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook dinner and grill out each night. We stayed for 5 nights and our kids slept on the pull-out couch (the living room has black out blinds). They loved the pool, hot tub, and golf cart rides. The golf cart does have seatbelts so we were able to secure our car seat easily. We love Catalina and staying in Hamilton Cove really takes it up about ten notches! You just can't beat the panoramic views and pool and hot tub on the ocean. It was super easy to hail a cab from the dock and call to get one to pick us up and take us back to the boat. 1000% recommend! Trevor is also super responsive if you have any questions!

The house is a cozy 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, 2 full baths. It's nicely decorated; feel like home and vacationing at the same time, with clean kitchen, and floors, beds, baths. There is a nice backyard for hangout and BBQ; we have dinners outside in the backyard. The house must be recently remodeled; everything is new. My family loves this booking, and likes to book again when we're in the area. Vickie's responses were kind and quick (within a minute). We have a great vacation, thanks to the experience with this house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiffanys lovely home for our anniversary. The unobstructed ocean views are truly amazing from this unit! Very peaceful setting on corner (with easy stairs access) so balcony felt private. The bed is also super comfortable for a tranquil good rest. And the kitchen was a great bonus to use when we preferred to dine in. Also the host had great communication & hospitality. A good stay overall. Looking forward to returning again someday. Thanks!

These hosts turned hosting into a science, it's as if they predicted when a guest will want when and where and made accommodations for it, even to the minute detail of running an extension HDMI cable from the back of their tv to the front for convenience instead of wrestling with the back of the tv. Everything was in such a convenient and logical place that it makes me wonder if they have professional experience in hotel hospitality or interior design. They were a complete joy to work with and made sure all the instructions were clear and concise so there was no question on how to get there, what codes to use and where things were located. One of the best experiences I've pretty much every had, and I travel the world going to 6 to 10 places a year including abroad. Will definitely be back again!!!

Lovely place on Catalina Island with views galore! We very much enjoyed the decks all with harbor/ocean views. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made it easy for us to eat breakfast in and enjoy the restaurants right down the hill for the rest of the time. The great views come by being at the top of a lot of stairs (they are shown in the photos). It was no problem for us but it could be a problem for older guests or young children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and helpful host. Traveling with 5 isn’t always the easiest, Meghan made sure we didn’t have to worry about much with the Hill House. Great outdoor area, fully stocked kitchen, comfy living room area to relax, and plenty of bedroom space. Catalina was a beautiful island and the hill house was perfect for our family weekend vacation. And the golf cart was a life safer…. Thanks again! Hope we have to opportunity to visit the island again soon!

Excellent location. Everything was walkable (we walked to the condo with our luggage straight from the ferry terminal). Having the golf cart was so convenient for going off the beaten path or grabbing groceries and hauling them back. Wonderfully responsive host. We will 100% book here again next time we come to Catalina.

Brian’s little spot is cozy, comfortable and quiet. And just a short walk from downtown Avalon. It was perfect for our visit. Brian is a responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended!!
