Wonderful place in a cozy location! We enjoyed our stay at this charming place. We felt immediately welcome from the personal welcome by the hostess. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail, warm and welcoming – we didn't miss anything. Particularly convenient was the location: A bakery / small village shop just around the corner offers everything one needs for everyday needs. A parking space is right by the property. The hosts are always available, which has made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back! We would love to come back and highly recommend your place.

We were completely impressed with the accommodation, the hosts and the area. Sparkling clean, generously sized, super equipped apartment, very comfortable beds, extremely nice hosts, great weather. There were so many beautiful and interesting places to visit. We took extensive hikes. We can give excursion recommendations to the Barbian waterfall, the earth pyramids near Lengmoos, the Seiser Alm, Rastenbach Gorge, Lake Kalterer See, Castello the Arco on Lake Garda, the Skywalk and the suspension bridge in Mezzocorona, Lago & Canyon Smeraldo, Lake Fennberg and the mammoth trees. Big praise to the hosts!!! We highly recommend this place.

Very nice and functional house, not in the village center but in a strategic location to visit, in about an hour, several places. Impeccable cleanliness and very kind host. Recommended solution!

Katharina is a very nice and helpful host and I felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and lovingly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and yet quietly located in a dreamy little villa with an equally beautiful cafe. For me it was the perfect stay!

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Mrs. Lea is very nice and helpful. The communication was through messages that you always responded quickly and accurately. The house is well cared for, clean, cozy and equipped with many amenities. The location is great for skiing lifts. Great accommodation!

Very nice, warm and welcoming apartment; complete with everything. Close to both the center of Campitello and the classic trails in the woods that connect it to Canazei on one side and Fontanazzo on the other.

We stayed for 3 nights while skiing the Sella Ronda and other resorts in the area. 12 minute downhill walk to downtown area with shops and restaurants, an escalator in town makes the trip up easier. The apartment is large and comfortable with a well supplied kitchen. Reserved parking was a definite plus!

Everything is fine, well located, clean and comfortable accommodation! Also recommended for those who want to ski in Alta Badia given the proximity.

We had a great time, Laura was really kind and helpful! They gave us some helpful tips. I would say that the location of the apartment is worth its cost, even just because of the proximity to Lake Braies, but not only. We recommend it 😊

i give "only" 5 stars because I can't give it 10: -). everything is perfect. judith, attentive and discreet host. Exceptional apartment with everything you need for 2 people, beautiful finishes. and waking up to the view of the valley and Tyrolo castle in front does not fear against the most beautiful views you can imagine. Everything is fantastic!

We spent a weekend in the residence to escape the heat of Milan, and I would say everything was perfect! Tidy and cozy house, the environment is really nice. The outdoor environments are also crazy, giving spectacular views of the mountains. Convenient and practical garage. The only downside is the road to get to the residence, but I would say that to enjoy such a view it is a must. Highly recommended!

Silvia was a great host! The place was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Location was central in our trip to the dolomites and lots of nearby markets and restaurants. She lives close by, so if I had any questions, she was within minutes of solving the issue or responding to any messages. The addition of a gated parking garage was a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to experience the Italian alps and see the things I wasn't able to during my time here.

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. Our stay was peaceful, tranquil and had the most beautiful view. if you are looking for somewhere relaxing to stay on your travels don't hesitate to go here. The drive to get there and the view from the house is worth it. It was a little chilly outside but inside the house was adequately kept warm which was lovely. Plenty of room throughout. Wish we had of stayed longer.

Stay was pleasant, the late arrival was not an issue, but the host can't speak English, the area is nice, recommended for hiking in summer.
