Super friendly host, breakfast prepared is amazing . They even offered us the winter windscreen protector. Such a most thoughtful host i have ever met. Another guests i heard the host offered them a ride to station.

We loved staying here. Hosts are very friendly and hospitable. The apartment itself is clean and maintained. Everything necessary is on site. Clear recommendation 👍🏻

Amazing place. It gave me the opportunity to be very self-contained, I didn't know how well located it was until I arrived. I would definitely recommend and come back this place again. I traveled alone and had everything at hand, super clean and with clear instructions.

Even though the rooms are quite small and the bed is not a double but two singles pushed together, making sleeping with your partner a challenge, the location can not be beat. It’s located in the heart of Vienna minutes from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, restaurants, shopping & cafes. The rooms are clean and have everything you will need. Who wants to spend time in your room when in this magical city anyway! The price is super reasonable for where it’s located and we highly recommend Pia’s flats if you want a superb location at a very affordable price! Highly recommend!!!

Stefan’s property is absolutely perfect for a St. Anton ski trip, and is an incredible value compared to the main village. Location could not be better - It’s a 5 minute walk to the free ski bus to St. Anton (10 min ride), several great restaurants and a grocery store. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy, and the heated room for skis, boots etc is a huge benefit. The shared kitchen and heated patio is also very convenient. Stefan is the perfect host - very friendly, helpful and responsive. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend, we hope to be back one day!
