Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Austin

Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

Great stay in the domain, walkable to all the great restaurants and shops nearby.

First time in Austin but I loved this location. It is close to downtown (Ubers were under $10 anywhere around downtown). It is also right off the Riverwalk making it walkable to downtown (if walking a mile or two is fine). The area is very quiet for being so close to downtown. The spot was very clean and good size. It is your typical nicer apartment and the balcony is a plus too. Ida was a great host, very responsive. A few cool places within a block, Buzz Mill is a great coffee shop to hang at. Rosita’s Al Pastor across the street is amazing.

Great location, comfortable studio, excellent host. Would be happy to stay here again.

We are grateful that Corey approved our two dogs since we were traveling for holiday and welcoming our Christmas Eve Baby niece.

This was my first time using AirBNb and host Keith was extremely helpful, responsive and answered all my questions. As far as the rental, it was nicely furnished, clean and matched the description. The rental is in a large shopping complex with plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. I will say that it is about a 20-25 min drive (depending on traffic) to the main part of downtown Austin, so you definitely need a rental car if that’s where you want to be because I imagine Uber’ing back and forth would get pretty expensive. Free garage parking included which was a nice bonus. Overall I would rate Keith a 5 as a host. He’s super nice and helpful. I would also rate the rental a 5 as well, with just the few things mentioned above to keep in mind

Excellent location and amazing views from the condo, especially at night. We really enjoyed our stay. So many places close by are easy to walk to. Valet parking is fast and easy.

We had an amazing stay at Flor’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to our office, restaurants, bars, shopping and to be right in the Domain is an absolute plus. Flor was an incredible host, super responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The little touches like welcome snacks, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, Keurig made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin!

Parking literally behind the building with an easy mobile way to pay (no app download necessary!) The condo was super easy to check into, just go to the front desk. A balcony for your morning cup of joe! The roof has a great pool, perfect for soaking your feet after adventuring the city. You are right next to raine street without the noise. The river walk is less than a block away. Could not have a better location. Thank you for a great stay!

Living in Austin and spending lots of time kayaking on Ladybird Lake, I’ve always wanted to know what it was like to stay in one of the places overlooking the beauty of Downtown Austin. This rental had an amazing panoramic view of Ladybird Lake, IH-35, and the capitol. The bedding was soft and clean, giving me the best nights sleep overlooking the city. The furniture and amenities were comfortable and inviting; not too much while being functional, beautiful, and of excellent quality. I loved my stay and highly recommend Vacasa.

Our stay in the condo was very enjoyable. From the time we arrived, we noticed the hotel had great amenities. The room was super clean and organized. The view of Lady Bird Lake was beautiful. We will definitely come back for another visit in the near future!

Alex’s space is in the perfect location to visit Rainey street and 6th street. The views of Lady Bird lake are beautiful from the balcony of the apartment.

We had a terrific stay. I was there for a work conference and brought a colleague and my family (we actually booked 2 units in the same building to achieve this). The check in process was a bit hectic, but that had more to do with the fact that I had a crying baby and a toddler with an ear infection to contend with. 😅 But as a fair warning to anyone else in a similar situation to me, check in was slower than ideal because there were a bunch of people arriving at the same time and only one person at the front desk who was able to help. The unit itself was lovely and it was great having access to a kitchen and a gym while away from home. Jason, the host, was extremely responsive. The value was amazing! I was able to book four bedrooms total for less than what it would cost for a hotel room downtown, and it was a short uber to get there when I had to. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend if you're on a couples getaway or solo traveling. Location was great and the nightlife was spot on. Hosts were very accommodating to my needs and check-in was seamless. Valet service was quick, very professional, vehicle was safe, so I didn't mind the fees.

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!

Sue was very responsive and was quick to help when initial plans fell through. The house was cleaned and smelled so good. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone traveling in Austin.

It was beautiful, I felt right at home everything was good, I have no complaints, location was great, house wasn't cluttered, we had more than enough space, it was great!

What a treat this place is with everything you need to not leave! First it’s much bigger than the pics show, you can get dizzy walking from room to room! It’s super clean and the decor is very stylish and well thought out. Beds were very comfy with nice linens. We enjoyed a complete wellness package utilizing the hot tub, sauna and cowboy pool as an ice plunge since it was cooler during the nights. The peloton is a nice perk as well as the espresso machine. The backyard is the true gem, though. It’s peaceful and so relaxing. There was even an opportunity we had to rescue a Texas Spiny lizard from a gutter! Stephanie was a gracious host and we hope to come back soon!

Second time staying here, and we were very happy with the house, location, and amenities! Hard to argue with the beautiful backyard and comfy master bedroom. Great hot water / pressure in the shower, plus thoughtful details like coffee pods, multiple sweeteners, and ice in the fridge. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this house in Austin! The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The pool and outdoor area were a highlight, giving us the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Austin weather. We were especially impressed by the integrated speaker system and the tech setup throughout the house—every TV was set up for streaming, and there were chargers conveniently placed in multiple spots. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. A bonus feature was the separate apartment, which provided extra privacy and space. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Austin, especially with a group!

I can't imagine a better Airbnb. The house is a true oasis, spacious and well decorated. In fact, the entire decoration is impeccable: great lighting, curated pieces, collection of books and cozy environments. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We spent about 20 days here and could have easily stayed longer. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. The patio is a perfect retreat whether you are relaxing reading a book or enjoying a barbecue. The location offers quick and easy access to the Domain, making it super convenient.
