Generous, newly-built studio unit, in a lush garden with its own entrance off a sunny paved courtyard. A queen bed with high thread-count linen, and a tiled ensuite bathroom will help to make your stay very comfortable. There is a microwave, and tea, coffee, muesli and toast provisions for breakfast. This quiet and bright one bedroom flat is located in West Harbour and is downstairs from our main house and has sneaky views of the nearby estuary. It has one bedroom with queen size double bed, full kitchen, lounge, laundry and a private deck. Our preferred check-in times are between 2pm-8pm. Alternative arrangements may be made prior to date of arrival. For stays longer than a week, bedding and towels will be changed and the flat cleaned. This property is strictly non smoking/vaping.

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

Cosy detached garden studio

Come and stay in our lovely cosy garden studio in Northcote. Here you will find a very clean and comfortable single room and private bathroom to enjoy. Our guests have commented on how comfy the bed is, how light, bright and clean the room is as well as the convenience of the location. We are a 1 min walk to a bus stop with frequent busses to the city (15 min) or other areas on the north shore.
